I stayed here for around a month and had an amazing experience. the best parts for someone like me who was working remotely were the quality of Wifi and the co-working area to work from. Food was pretty tasty and affordable, staff was helpful and met some amazing people! Bonus is the day hikes that keep things interesting. Totally recommended

The question should be rather what not to like here? 😁 I loved the property and my stay at Zostel, Manali. Planned to visit for 1 day but ended up staying 3 nights and still didn't want to leave the place. The vibe of this place is awesome, music, bonfire, the cafe, the staff, the interior, the common room and the views. Everything was phenomenal. Kudos to our host, Akash for lighting up the place with wonderful vibe and the friendly gesture.

Food options could have been better I feel. The location is a little secluded from the main road which again makes it a better place to stay from the hustle and the noise of the vehicles.

The service is good. The staff is very friendly and assists in every step. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Daily activities such as hiking and bonfire are also conducted in a good manner. I would suggest this hostel for both solo travelers and groups.

The WiFi was brilliant, unexpected for Old Manali. The dorms were clean and comfortable. The cafe had good food and the staff was very hospitable.

I stayed at Zostel Manali during my first ever solo trip and loved it even more when I returned a second time! If you're planning to travel solo, Zostel Manali is the place for you. The location is breathtaking with beautiful cherry trees all around (cherry blossoms during March and full of cherries in April-May). It's a short walk from the main Old Manali road passing by Himachali houses. The dorms are comfortable and clean. The cafe offers a good variety of options (may seem a little expensive). The common room on the top floor is perfect if you're on a work-cation (working with a view of the snowy Himalayas, hell yeah!). But the best part are the people you meet here and the friends you make through the journey (Shoutout to Risheek who was extremely fun and cooperative whenever we needed him). I could honestly go on and on. Long story short, Zostel Manali is the place to stay at if you're visiting Old Manali!

Friendly staff. Good cleanliness. Room for freshening up and resting before and after check-in/checkout. Luggage room. Amazing location in the middle of a village. Good common area.

Very distant from every place. Price is high compared to other hostels. Food price is extremely high. The dorm beds were kind of wobbly and not very sturdy. Very little space in the dormitory

I planned to stay at Zostel Manali for 2 days and ended up staying for 5 days instead, all because of the charming host at the property, Vandana Rawat who was very welcoming and made my stay there very comfortable. Travelling solo isn't easy, but my stay at Zostel this time was one of the best solo ones I've had. All because of the host. Thank you

The view is good, I experienced snowfall during my stay so the feeling was surreal. Met some amazing people too. The beds in the private rooms have bed warmers for anyone looking for a little more luxurious and comfortable stay.

The dorm rooms were smaller than I expected. It felt a little stuffy. The cafe inside Zostel is expensive for a hostel experience although the food is good enough. The main road is a 5 mins walk through a slightly treacherous road, so in rain or snow, you would mostly be confined to the hostel.

If you are coming for a workation then you should definitely come to zostel old manali you will get perfect work area space with excellent WiFi connection.
