A large room in a location that was fine for our needs. The adjoining restaurant was very good and the breakfast tasty. A heater was provided to add some warmth. The water in the shower was hot and plentiful. Staff were helpful when there was an issue. Local transport is available outside the hotel at all times of the day, which is great for getting around.

Despite the heater we had problems with getting the room aired and warm. Our towels didn’t dry after a shower and the bedding felt constantly damp. Staff were very noisy around reception late into the night but quietened when we complained. They also moved our room the next day and after that we had no problem. Breakfast is said to begin at 7.30 but this is not the case. Maybe it would have helped if we had advised staff we needed to leave for a transfer at 8.15. Best to be aware of this perhaps.

The checkin process was extremely smooth, the breakfast is a la carte, but everything was very tasty, the room was pretty comfortable, the staff was extremely accomodative, they even provided us sandwiches post the breakfast timing, which was really appreciative The hotel is far away from the janmabhoomi temple, need to take an auto, however the room was clean n neat.The staff also helped arrange a car to travel to Agra in the last min

A slight odour in the washroom

Hotel Spiti is situated on the side of the main road and at a very convenient location to reach. The main attractions of Mathura is a few kilometers away and one needs some local transport to go there. The hotel itself is very good. It is very clean and the staff members are very professional. They have a private parking space and an attached restaurant. The food in the restaurant is very good.

The location is a bit far from the main attractions in Mathura.

Staff was very supportive, tasty food, and value for money.

Being three star rated property, they should improve on facilities. Like minibar and sofa cum bad should be available if someone needed.

The Restaurant "LOFT" serves Amazing food. The staff is very polite and provides the best service.

The hotel reception team is arrogant. Not polite at all.
