Hotel and rooms were as it was at the description. Comfortable beds at deluxe rooms, hot water and a/c works good. But cleanliness should be improved. Nice guys at the reception and in the room service, always ready to help with any queries. Restaurant at the last floor is good, food was tasty. Thanks a lot!

We booked deluxe and family apartments, there were no bedding at the apartment for the sofa, and sofa is uncomfortable for sleeping. Small kitchen was at every room, but there are no refrigerator, stove and dishes so it is pretty useless. Swimming pool was dirty, because of the dust from constraction of neighbour building.

we went for a family holiday on a 2days stay at Kadamba Spiritual. Majority of the family members being senior citizens, we made a few requests to have rooms close to each other and morning wakeup call and hot teas without sugar, which were indeed solicited by the manager & the hospitality team quite well. Really appreciate the nearness of this location to the temples and spirituals hot-spots at Mathura-Vrindavan. Highly recommended for family stay and holy trips.

Amazing staff members especially Sunil and Kishori so thoughtful and kind. Brilliant food... breakfast was so so good.

Good view of Prem temple and ISKCON temple and proximity to them. Clean and safe room. Ample free parking space.

Pay first at check-in and then the housekeeping staff won't come when you need them.

Restaurant is good, the food is nice. Breakfast was so good. More then expectations.

Room was different then in picture on BOOKING.COM. bedsheet was not clean. Swiming pool is only for kids not for adults as it is only 4 feet deep.

Property & its plan

I will not say it satisfactory because team is not capable to care the nice property.. everything like Ac, tv, bathrooms needs, door lock, & many more things completed at the last moment after demanding many times . but along with the all demerits breakfast was very nice & hygienic.

NON AVAILABILITY OF REFRIGERATOR AS IT WAS SUMMER WE WANT TO DRINK COLD WATER AND EVERY TIME WE HAVE TO PURCHASE COLD WATER.
