I had an opportunity to visit Vrindavan during Diwali while I was in India on a business trip. My old aunt accompanied me during this visit to Vrindavan. I had booked accommodation at Best Western Vrindavan as I have been a traveler regularly staying at Best Western properties. Best Western Vrindavan is very luxuriously appointed, sparklingly clean and with modern amenities. Our stay at the Hotel was very comfortable, simple vegetarian meals prepared for us on my aunt’s request at the Restaurant were delicious. To top it all, customer service was superb; special mention goes to Sahaya; she made us feel welcome. Her simple gestures made my aunt feel very special and she was very happy about the attention she received.

We booked this property last minute since the Airbnb we had booked was absolutely full of dust inside and compared to the Airbnb we had booked which was 22€ per night this was much better for sure. Still expensive in terms of price/quality but during Holi in Vrindavan I guess it’s not easy to find a good deal price/quality. The water pressure on the showers was really good which was a big plus to wash our hair and have a good shower after Holi celebrations.

They don’t provide any eggs for religious reasons since they are close to the temples so keep in mind that the western options for breakfast will be quite limited. Basically cereals, milk, break, pancakes, yogurt and all the other options are Indian options.

Nice and comfortable stay. The room size is decent and equipped with mostly all amenities that you may require for your stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good with mix of both continental and Indian. In room dining was available and fairly inexpensive. Dinner at in house restaurant served both Buffet and A'La Carte.

If you are visiting Vrindavan for temples, the location can be bit of a problem during the days when large number of people are expected to visit as the city administration would restrict access to roads and the hotel could fall into the restricted zones and you either may have to walk around for a bit or detour a lot. Another problem that we faced during our stay was that the room access card did not work for Lift so always had to get someone from the staff to help or walk up the stairs. But hopefully this was just a software glitch that will eventually get fixed.

I visited Vrindavan and stayed at The Best Western Vrindavan along with my family member ( my elder sister as she was invited to KeliKunj Ashram), my stay was Nice Comfortable and Homely, The Staff was Courteous, Helpful and Pleasant and cared for our stay. The Front desk staff and Managers Sahaya and Kamal were very polite, helpful and assisted with local inputs and shared vital local do's and dont's Lots of Thanks to both Sahaya Ji and Kamal Ji. Strong appreciation for The Housekeeping Team, their response was very prompt and good. The Restaurant Manager Mr. Dinesh Shukla Ji was very helpful and caring, The Restaurant food was good......I would also like to mention special appreciation for Restaurant Staff Mr. Umesh Singh, who helped with jain-veg food specific choices and also helped with local inputs on Vrindavan temples and eateries and how to commute to important tourist places, Umesh insights and inputs were very helpful as this was my family's maiden visit to The Holy City of Vrindavan. Narayan Das at Restaurant was also very helpful and courteous. Overall, I want to convey my Special Thanks to The Best Western Hotel for their great service and prompt response.

Receptionist girl was very rude and not welcoming at all, I don’t know if it’s because I’m a foreigner but I do live in India and I never received this treatment, not even in a hostel, I paid a lot for Indian prices so that was very unpleasant. There was a guy staying at reception (probably concierge or House keeping) who kept on laughing at me and making very annoying comments to colleagues while looking at me. The manager is really good and welcoming as well as the stuff at restaurant and room service. But I would fire straightaway those two, I worked in luxury hospitality and that behavior was very annoying

The room was very nice and comfortable. The food is really nice. We had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. Both the meals were delicious.

The shower knob was so tight that we weren't sure if we were operating the shower right. We had to call the help desk to send a person to explain it to us. They keep the Air conditioning in the rooms off. We again had to call the person to check the air conditioning and that's when we realised that it was off. My parents ( who were in the other room) slept without the air conditioner (since they didn't know it was off) the whole night and felt very hot. I got to know in the morning. I feel the hotel staff should inform the guests when they come to leave the bags in the room.

Everything just right, can't complain about anything, staff at the reception excellent... very helpuf... Got a Taxi from the Hotel to Mathura and then to Agra and from there to Delhi Airport, Chaudhri Ji, our compañon and driver, was like a sarthi, Excellent company, he knew more about historical temples, than many guides we took along the route... All in all en excellent Spiritual experience... Thakurji aap ko Darshan dene ke lie bula rehe hai🙏

The room cleaning wasn’t done properly Bathroom cleaning not up to expectations they should use bleach to clean the dirty area I purposely left some rubbish on floor behind the sofa and They were not cleaned Also the exhaust in the bathroom wasn’t working Even after cleaning. The bathroom were not feeling fresh Hope these are looked into Rest all good Rate it 4 star

The breakfast was excellent. The room was adequate. However, the location was outside of Verdan and not convenient at all. If you need to book a car for whatever reason do not rely on the staff to book the car for you whatever company they recommended was awful. The driver had no idea where he was going And it added hours to our journey. Find someone else to book your car do not trust them to book it for you.

The location was far from the center of Vrindavan and Krishna Balaram manidr next time I visit, I would definitely stay somewhere closer to the main part of Vrindavan

Hospitality was top notch. Shout out to restaurant staff. Das has been amazing staff.

Rooms upkeep and maintenance could have been better. Broken tiles and puffed furnitures with moldy AC vents. Check in process could have been better. If I have booked my room with credit card details. Same is verified with Adhar card and other details then front seat staff should go ahead and charge on same credit card instead of asking to show the physical card. That was kind of embarrassing.
