Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. We stayed for one night and enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the property, which were reasonably priced. The check-in process was smooth, and Krishna at the reception was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for a comfortable family stay. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Location was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and they went out of their way to accommodate our choices during our entire stay for 5 days. Food was exceptionally good. There is little room for improvement in terms of cleanliness as there were flies everywhere but it was controlled with the use of some special lighting. Hotel staff, especially Mr.Vijay and and his partner Mr. Manish/Mr. Maneet were very helpful, they helped us with coming up with our itinerary to visit all the surrounding important tourist attractions, hired cabs, guides to show us around and negotiated prices with all of them so they couldn’t take advantage of us being non locals. This experience was beyond our expectation and it made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends if and when they want to visit Vrindavan.

Management should find a way to fix the problem with flies at dining location and keep the place clean at all times. It would have been nice if there were more options for some South Indian dishes also. This is by no means a deal breaker for us. Existing menu was good but if you stay for longer, the menu may become repetitive.

Good rooms! Good staff!!

Lots of insects and flies in the evening crawling inside the rooms through the balcony. Bathroom could be better! Full glass required in showers to avoid water overflow in the non-shower area! Fans could have been properly aligned with the bed placement.

It was peaceful and green environment, our suite was having a balcony facing garden, had a divine experience sipping tea in the evening. Food was delicious, they served food in our room as the restaurant was not yet open. Staff was courteous, prompt and supportive they helped us arranging a e-rickshaw for entire day at very nominal rate. In the night they arranged a karaoke in the park on our request . Room was very spacious. I am frequent visitor in Vrindavan and every time I have to choose b/w facilities and peaceful green surroundings this resort provides both.

I liked everything about this property. Food staff cleanliness location(2-3) from multi level parking. Food is best try their malai kofta its amazing..2 day trip with a 9 month old baby and 60 year old mother could have been worry-some buy i got everything that i needed. The only reason i am writing such a long review coz i really loved this. One suggestion for future is to add a swimming pool and bang everything will be perfect

Everything was good.No complaints as such. Few suggestions: They can be more prompt/active for basic services like: - drinking water -room cleaning, etc - improve upon bathroom cleanliness and shut the small bathroom window during winters. These should be done automatically without any reminders .

The service is good . Food is also very good.

Only thing is required to make improvement is that when I asked to one tea at 9:45 pm the concerned person provide his inability to prepare tea at that time. I suggest to availability of food at any time in hotel as guests are select your property for better stay and good experience purpose . Hence there should be availability of services of food at all time when we asked by guest.

Our stay at this property was pleasant and peaceful. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. There are gardens for you to relax in the evening. The food available at their in house restaurant is affordable and tastes good. Highly recommend this place.

Best property I ever visited in Vrindavan. It has BIG rooms . Staff was very supportive and professional. Food was very delicious although they have limited options. Temples were very near. Good point was that it was easily reachable by car when local police put barricades on entrances in Vrindavan.

The ac was too noisy and too close to the bed. Not possible to sleep with ac on.
