Food service ia very delay. Plus if you want to order something you need to book in advance.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT BREAKFAST, HOTEL, BREATHTAKING SCENERY, PERFECT ROOM, AND FRIENDLY STAFF. RAJU JI WAS VERY WELCOMING AND HELPFUL.

Nothing to like about. It's just a total waste of money. My stay is on 31st of may to 2nd of june. And it was a horrible experience on my last day stay from evening to entire night and till the next morning i suffered a lot as after a bad weather all lights are shut in the entire area,also my hotel lights too. My place didn't even have a power backup options & there were no lights for more than 12 hours and at night the staff left us alone with no light & power back-up options even after some time i've checked water flow in taps is decreasing and shortly it goes away so now i was stuck with no water, no lights , insects are inside my room, phone batteries almost dead & yes no staff present at my hotel location for assistance at this situation even not picking up calls and not responding my messages. It was such a torturing situation for us as a couple. Somehow I went to the parking area & slept there with my partner in this risky & uncomfortable situation.So waited till morning to checkout from this hell place also to handle the staff strictly that after knowing everything that the weather is bad how they can leave us in this situation with no water and electricity. So had this kind of situations in my entire stay at The - fig hotel. So i suggest you to don't go over filtered picture that they are having huge spacious rooms with balcony rooms..this all is a scam. There is nothing like that .. infact everything is opposite. I want strict action over this hotel or ratings impact to lowest because of poor mis management and lack of seriousness towards guests.

Nothing. Location was bad bang on road making it noisy all day and night. Rooms are sun facing without curtains, making these hot like summer in plains, defeating the purpose of stay.
