The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and always made sure we were comfortable. The food was delicious and felt just like home—every meal was something we looked forward to! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, offering both comfort and elegance. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided made the stay even more enjoyable. Waking up to the serene view from our balcony was truly a highlight!

Loved the quiet secluded location, and the view. Easy to reach all the interesting destinations in the vicinity. Staff were excellent; very polite and cheerful. The meals we ate (largely Indian cooking) were very well prepared and served hot and fresh - especially the rotis. Enjoyed the balcony on the first floor for the view and the morning chai!

The water pressure in the shower was low. Some of the door latches were troublesome and kept getting stuck. There were prolonged electricity outages, probably because the weather was extremely bad. But the hotel has an inverter and a generator so we always had lights, were able to charge phones, get hot water etc.,

Staying here was just like coming home. The vibe is so chill and welcoming, it feels like you're part of the family. The mountain views and cozy corners made every moment relaxed and real. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!"

Well we booked a one day stay but than we extended to next day as well because of the service, reaort cleaniness and ofcourse the staff. Humble and active on their service. Will definitely book this again to our next stay to mukhteshwar.

Well maintained property manned by caring and hardworking staff. The cooking was exceptional especially the Pahadi khana.

The location doesn’t provide the best views and the photos of the views are a bit deceptive.

The rooms were very cosy. It was home away from home feeling.

It didn't snow at the location, was hoping for some snow. There's nothing not to like. The staff was amazing, helpful, the food was just delicious and had that home feeling to it.

Staff is super friendly the food was delicious hats off to the chef ambiance of the place was awesome
