Breakfast was good, enjoyed much. Location is perfect, centrally located in Vashi. Staff were courteous. Room and facilities were good. Much happy with the stay. Even the meals for which we paid additional was great.

1. Flush water filling was much slow, once you flush you need to wait for good long time to flush back. Need to get rid of tank filling flush which is outdated but replace it with pressure based flush.

The food and staff behaviour

Lack of amenities, it is a bit old. There is a limit to drinking water per day from room service. Room service for anything charges extra.

Everything was good ... location (bang in Vashi market), food (limited but yummy), value for money (comfortable stay within budget)

Overall maintenance is low. There is a smell in the entire hotel which they are unable to manage.

The room was very clean and superb 👌 the staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was also very good there were good options available.

The non smoking room was smelling of smoke as the previous occupant was smoking there so please take care that the rooms are not smelly when the new occupants check in.

Abbott is an old known hotel of Vashi Navi Mumbai and it’s situated at most convenient place.

Need to get upgraded on electricity system. Sometimes observe power supply disruption.

Everything. There are no complaints!

Normally after we order food the IRD staff never comes back to pick up the cutlery although the staff came which was a little uncomfortable.

it’s a very small and nice hotel,near to the area which I wanted to go..food is good but breakfast is limited..staff is very cooperative..rooms are a little small I guest but it’s ok..ambience is good..Overall it’s a very pleasant experience at the Abbott hotel.

Cleanliness required, towels etc . Also , the electric ⚡ points too old and most of them not working as such. Needs to replace. A/c functioning but too much noice.

Food, room, cleanliness were very good.

I think the hotel management should provide brighter lights and illumination, in the rest rooms attached to the guest rooms.
