I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service and hospitality I experienced. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. It truly made my stay enjoyable and memorable. I would like to especially commend Mr. Naveen, who works in the restaurant service. His dedication, politeness, and attention to detail were exceptional. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt cared for. Good food, including the buffets Excellent staff, from reception to restaurant to valet to security to spa Rooms are great, especially the suites which are large, well-equipped, soundproof, and excellent At the reception Reeda and Harnisha were professional and nice, also the manager Aravind who helped me a lot. At the restaurant the host Sakshi was fantastic, very friendly and charming. The servers and managers were also good sorry I forgot the names At the top floor restaurant (Mizuki) the staff Vishali, Tamer, Yung, Amala etc are all super too I stayed for a few short stays in Dec ‘24 Couldn’t recommend more highly as a place for short and long stay

The room interiors, furniture, fixture, furnishings, facilities are nice. They provide free parking as well. Check-in was easy & hassle-free and welcome drinks were served. Check-out was also smooth.

Needs better house-keeping and maintenance of property. The balcony outside was full of dust and dirt. Also, the lift is not high speed and it takes a lot of time to reach top floors (our room was on 28th). The swimming pool is not temperature controlled. Also, they were acting a little weirdly, to offer us the buffet dinner as part of our half board package.

Very welcoming and hospitable staff. Everyone greeted us with a warm smile and always ready to assist. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of different Indian breakfast live stations and continental option too. The staff at Hill View restaurant were top…so attentive to your needs and went the extra mile. Thanks to Mayur and JP, we really enjoyed the dining experience.

Food was great and the views excellent. Staff were attentive without being over bearing. Gym was clean and well equipped. Asian restaurant on top floor was outstanding

My only criticism is that I got there early fore breakfast at opening time and it was not ready. Signposting could be better especially iif trying to access the Rupa building

Cleanliness fell short of expectations. There were some unknown bugs in the room. Price fluctuation of rooms instead of a fixed rate as booked from booking.com. In addition, the rate I booked was for 3 pax and yet I had to pay additional for third bedding on arrival?

They provided everything I requested, chocolate cake, decorations, dish wasking soap, scrub, Kids enjoyed the room and swiming pool. spuerb Wifi speed everyehere.

Hotel was immaculate, the staff at hotel could not do anything more for you they were so friendly in every interaction and professional. Hotel was great standard and the room was spacious with lots of storage.

The housekeeping staff wasn’t the most responsive. Not enough towels in the room
