Nice staffs (front desk, house keeping, restaurant/room service etc). Specially few names to mention are Tushar in front desk who helped me to switch my room to an available better site/view, Laxmi and Jeevan in house keeping who helped me to room change over. Restaurant staffs are with smiling face and helping hands. Nice complimentary breakfast etc. I loved my stay in this property for 4 nights

I think I missed a tissue box, and a writing pad and pen in the room. Hotel management can think to add these stuffs (very helpful). Also I guess I didn’t find a hook/or rod to hang the wet towel in bathroom (after bathing). Otherwise all are good here.

Great Place with amazing and genuine staff, at a reasonable price. The hotel staff also helped me book an uber and since I checked out in a rush, they also offered to pack my breakfast for me. This is my go to place if I ever go to mumbai again

Even though hotel was vert clean I found small cockroach around breakfast table and later bug inside salt shaker.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was amazing. Comfy beds, clean bathroom, efficient AC, good lighting. Buffet breakfast in the morning was good quality, sufficient quantity and variety of options.

The WiFi speed was not good.
