The hotel is located a fair distance from the airport, so it might not be the most convenient option if you're looking for quick access to flights. However, it's very well situated if you need to be near the surrounding office buildings, making it a practical choice for business travellers.

I didn’t particularly like the location of the hotel, as it was quite far from everything. It took over two hours by car to get anywhere, including the airport. Although it’s close to some office buildings, overall the area felt quite inconvenient for getting around.

Breakfast was great! Lots of good options, live counters, comfort food, healthy food all options were there. The stay was also very smooth, staff was swift. The room was great, neat and clean, well maintained. The bed and sheets felt clean and fresh.

This is the second time it has happened, but the toiletries were only there for one person even though it was a double occupancy. Only single toothbrush and shower cap etc were there. The water wasn't hot in the tub or the shower, it was just lukewarm. The iron didn't work either. Just expected everything to be perfect at this price point.

Stayed for one night at the hotel. Everything in the hotel seems brand spanking new. Very modern decor. Check-in process was smooth. All the staff were very courteous and very welcoming. Generous size room. Very comfy and big bed. Nice view of the hills from the 11th floor. Very convenient location, close to the highway but room was very silent and could not hear any outside sound or noise. Special thanks to chef Neeraj he went above and beyond to make sure my son's intolerances and dietary needs were met and he was very nice and friendly with us making sure we were happy with the food being served. Breakfast was simply amazing!! We stayed for only one night but I wish I could have stayed longer. This hotel is highly recommended! Very well maintained property.

The Best part of the Hotel is the courteous staff.. very professional, and Right from the Reception to the Restaurant and Housekeeping, all of them have made our stay a comfortable one, The TRIP was an Emergency Trip as Sad Demise of my Brother, but the Hotel stay made me so relaxed and comfortable that i was in peace for the whole stay. A special Thanks to all the Names i am writing below as without them this trip would have been a BORING one, i would really appreciate the management award them with some kind of Performance certificate for there services. Ms. Mona Lama ( T L ) Ms. Pooja - she is STAR ---Good job ( Guest Service Associate ) Ms. Sakshi - she is GLITTER --- Good Job ( Management Trainee ) Ms. Madhu - She is Sweet --- Good job ( Guest Service Associate ) All the Other GSA - Sahil - Super star / Praveen - Super star / Mahesh Raut / Varad / Shibani / Tetei / Vaishnavi / Viraj FIVE STAR TO ALL OF THEM. A special thanks also to the FRONT OF THE HOUSE TEAM, who took care of my Emergency requirement for the Doctor on Call service which was required and provided all the necessary support with Doctor service and Medical supplies. Brilliant work from them, i could not write the Names but they are also a PART of my good stay, Please take care of them also. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND I LOOK FORWARD FOR MY VISIT AGAIN.

The only thing i would suggest is to improve the extra bed setting, and add a bit more Duvet to the bedding and blanket and pillows as i had to use the one from the normal bed from my partner. and to put some extra towel as per the Occupancy count in the room. we booked a TRIPLE BED ROOM

I had booked a room for two days as I had to attend a few meetings in that vicinity. My mom who is a senior citizen accompanied me and she was to stay alone for long hours. I had casually mentioned in in the special request section as I wanted an early check-in. Nupur and the team in the reception remembered it and checked on my mom and made her feel comfortable in my absence. They asked her if she needs tea etc and ensured she was ok. I am grateful to the staff members for looking after her so well.

Nothing in particular except the in-dining service can be faster.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the food that you order either from Zomato or from anywhere, the person who comes to drop off your food, they don’t let that person to deliver the food to your room which is very inconvenient for the guest. You have to go downstairs to get your food.

I liked the excellent service of Arti who was the head of housekeeping and the other guys. She took the in charge of decorating the room and people who assisted her were Sushant, Rupesh and Bhakti. These people were very helpful and provided me the best service.

In room dining restaurant service needs to be improved. They delayed the order which we placed

Modern, clean hotel. Great rooms. Fab restaurant. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym, and drinks in the bar served by Om - a brilliant bartender / mixologist

Nothing much to not like. Location in Navi Mumbai not great usually took an hour to travel in to centre of city. Views from high floors not very picturesque - some greenery, but a lot of industrial units.

The breakfast was outstanding. Had everything we wanted and much more. It was a banquet. Before we were finished our breakfast we were asked and given fruit to take back to our room for morning tea.

We have thought about this and we absolutely cannot fault it or find anything that you could improve.
