Our stay in Mumbai was elevated by this hotel, which stands out as one of the best we've experienced. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff are exceptionally well-trained, courteous, and efficient. The buffet offers a delightful variety of delicious food, complemented by swift room service. The rooms were maintained with utmost care, showcasing a commendable level of attention to detail. The ambiance of the hotel is welcoming and serene, providing a tranquil retreat. Every member of the staff, from the security guards to the receptionists, went above and beyond to be helpful, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay for us.

We requested printouts of our medical reports, and were surprised by the lobby manager's decision to charge us 10 rupees per page, totaling 600 rupees for 60 pages, which seemed excessively high for simple black and white laser prints. Apart from the lobby manager, who appeared to have a somewhat arrogant demeanor, every other staff member, from the security guards to the receptionists and room attendants, was incredibly kind and helpful.

The breakfast and the dinner was really good. Chef Pappu Kumar really made excellent food which was "Dil se" . We really enjoyed the food in the hotel. A big applause to chef Pappu Kumar.

However the room bed was not at all comfortable as it seems that 2 different mattresses were not joined properly to which the comfort level was low. There was a gap in between 2 mattresses.

Overall Experience was homely and friendly. Room was very well lighted . Room Size and the washroom was well maintained and clean. Front desk team were supportive during check in and check out.

During my 3 night stay, 2nd night I faced WiFi connection issue. The staff tried to resolve the issue but couldn't resolved. However, the front end staff has resumed the connection at the end of the day.

The Airport Transfer was not good. The guy was not able to find the airport. It was horrible ride

Some facilities could be better - Dental kit and room slippers weren't available in the room. We had to request for them. Only one bottle of water was there and we had to repeatedly request for water. There should be two bottle for two guests. Breakfast spread was minimal, but that was probably as the number of guests was less. Location wasn't that great, but that was known before booking. However, it is easily accessible by road from either Thane, Belapur or Vashi. Otherwise the experience was great.

Check in took longer time even if i paid all the fee prior, and no other traveler during that time, So please try if you can make it little faster. Room window glass needs to be cleaner.

The toilet and bathroom is a bit old style and gloomy because of the grey and black color

Housekeeping team especially Neelima was excellent... super cleanliness On duty manager Vikram - was always prompt to make sure guests are happy and comfortable... Thanks a lot and keep it up team !!

Locatioc could have been better

Location good new the Turbhe main local station, movement to any were is so easy ..Propertey worth money I paid , staff are so intimate especially Pooja .

All are fine, they need to care more about mattresses .. spring is too hard ..
