The staff was excellent. Dinesh, especially, was really helpful. The food was great.

The property could be maintained a little better especially since it is such a beautiful residence with original wood work. For us, personally, the large groups staying at the property created a lot of ruckus till 11:30 at night. This was a major letdown for us as we wanted some peace and quiet especially as it was in the hills. The group did not seem to listen to the hotel staff as well and kept shouting and playing loud music with speakers etc till very late at night.

The Hotel location is excellent away from hustle of Mussorie town. The staff is courteous. The food is great. We hired Taxi from the Hotel & need to mention Mr. Indar was so excellent to take us around worth visiting places. He has been with Hotel for 31 years & his dedication to his work is commendable.

The property is absolutely picturesque and the staff very hospitable! The manager, Mr. Dilip was always eager to help and very welcoming. In the evenings, and after breakfast in the mornings, it was lovely to walk around the scenic property!

I was very impressed with the property and staff during my previous stay, last year. Currently, I was in Dehradun for meetings and chose to drive up to the hotel to spend the night rather than staying in Dehradun

Ambience is good

Staff, they issued a bill for my breakfast which was included in my booking, which was afterwards neutralized and while washing my car, they put so much water in the car which has yet to be evaporated after cleaning every day for last five days and is producing foul smell. Yo can't even sit in the car in morning. I don't know why the hell they poured so much water inside the car, it seemed they were cleaning the car from inside using a water pipe or so. Very dissapointed.

it’s located in very peaceful area called Burlowganj which is 3 kms before the Mall Road entrance . it’s very quiet and rustic place with a heritage charm as this used to summer residence of the royal Nabha family . The food options and buffet breakfast is limited but the quality and taste is excellent . This property is for people who value such peaceful and heritage hotels as compared to modern five star properties.

The Claridges room 101 to 105 face the driveway and the main entrance for cars and other vehicles . Rooms need a touch up at various places even though they are clean and very comfortable. Special services like laundry , spa etc might not be functional always .

staff went over and above to make us comfortable. food was superb and great variety at the breakfast buffet. bonfire is a great option. despite us being the only guests during one night, no compromise was made on facilities or food

although it’s neat, but it’s old and needs an upgrade and more maintenance

Breakfast was not very elaborate, but whatever was served as served with love by the Hotel staff. We loved it. The hotel is beautiful and in a very good location. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

The GM Mr Baldev Negi ji and there staff are helpful courteous and most importantly Friendly well mannered ,Really the stay was good and wish to visit again ..Services are awesome ,pick and drop facility at Mall Road and nearby places provided by the hotel. Thanks to mr Negi GM sahib make our stay safe and happy

Peaceful surrounding, excellent F&B, good bedding and clean bathrooms.

Rooms could be bigger, food portions could be larger. Washroom drain was blocked, though housekeeping was prompt enough to clean it.
