I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Méridien, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely exceptional—every meal was a delightful blend of flavor, presentation, and variety. It was clear that a lot of care and culinary expertise went into every dish. What stood out even more was the outstanding hospitality. Every single member of the team, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness made a lasting impression. Thank you, Le Méridien, for creating such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning soon!

The Hotel by itself is excellent. This was my 2nd trip within the week. Had booked two rooms on both occasions. The people (staff) are exceptional and the strength of this hotel. They are switched on, hospitable and kind. Worth mentioning the hospitality of Ravi, Sejal, Payal and Ketaki (resourceful). The rooms are spacious and all facilities for comfort are available.

The Air conditioning in the common spaces like the restaurant and the lobby, including the concierge area is very louzy and wasn't working properly on both occasions. Understand that maintenance was being done. Yet common areas were hot. It wasn't comfortable to sit or relaxin the lobby or restaurant. Also, the outside temp was 41 degree cel and there wasn't an indoor smoking area, which means a person has to stand in the blazing heat outside hotel premises to smoke. This is very inconsiderate. A separate smoke room (with AC) and separate exhaust system can easily be designated.

Very good entrance and lobby. Check-in took some trial and error with our ID cards but it was professioal. We are club members and were given room upgrade. Thanks Room was spacious for triple occupency.

Restaurent service was average for breakfast and coffee. No pre-empting the need of the guest. Had to ask for even the obvious items (e.g. - on breakfast table, no-one asked if we need tea/coffee).

Le Meridien is truly exceptional. The staff was gracious and super helpful. My parents visited the property and the whole staff treated them with utmost care and highest hospitality. My mom couldn't eat spicy food as her stomach was upset at that time, but the manager and Chef Shankar took great care of her food preferences. Chef Shankar voluntarily cooked non-spicy sambar only for my mom, even when the kitchen staff was catering to a wedding party of 100 people. I would like to mention the front desk and baggage carriers - Sona and Gayatri as well for giving my parents a top class experience. Overall, we would visit Le Meridien Nagar again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay.

The staff is extremely courteous and accommodating. They would cater to all your requests. Especially since we were traveling with our six-month-old, it really helped.

I have been to 5-star and 7-star restaurants. I believe the choice of food and the way it is presented, especially the attention to detail, could be better.

The room quality is a bit tired : two of the plug points were broken and there was constant water leakage from behind my toilet though they tried to repair the leak. Even the elevator is peeling in different places. However all these were compensated to a large extent by the amazing staff.

Breakfast was very good and all the waiters and other staff were very courteous. I will recommend this hotel to others also. About location, though it is a bit far from the main town, but it was not of any concern to me as I had to stay for one night only.

I asked for a table lamp (study lamp), which was not available in the hotel. However, the staff quickly responded and made arrangement for a temporary tube light, hence my work was not affected. Thanks for it.

Spacious rooms. Friendly Staff (Not all though). Accessible location.

Not upto the standards of a five star. This is a very old property formerly Sun n Sand. The rooms are spacious enough however it badly needs a revamp. The closed enclosure makes the floor carpet stink. The location is accessible from the airport but a bit far from the city centre.

I like the staff in the food department. They were excellent and move beyond the call of duty. The Hotel as a whole was nice. I will return. The food was great, we enjoyed it a whole lot.

The hotel does NOT meet the standard of the other Marriot Hotels and services which I have been to in India. It was very good but as a whole it was not superior. The Marriot brand has much higher standards and quality. I did not feel like I was in a Marriot Hotel.

The hotel is an excellent option for any business traveller to Nagpur. GM Nitin and his team including Abu Khan who looks after the front office and his team of Prasad and the others are really friendly and make sure your stay is really comfortable and their hospitality is really warm. Loved the personal touch of the team. I would want to keep going back here again when I am in Nagpur next.

The hotel is an old property and needs renovation and maintenance. The teams also look over worked and tired due to long shifts and daily overtime. The breakfast spread is not exactly a five-star grade one. They dont have too many juice or fruit options, neither do they have a cheese platter or any cold cuts. The team headed by Mohammed goes out of their way to make your breakfast comfortable and to your liking. They really do their very best! Must appreciate their efforts.
