The food served was really delicious. Thier breakfast spread was really nice with good variety. Rooms are good and spacious.

Apart from swimming pool there are no amenities for recreation like gymnasium or badminton court. They didn't even serve us any welcome drink even if we asked for let alone serving voluntarily. The non garden facing room view is all ruined because of construction going on in the property so you can't even access the balcony.

This is a very good resort. In the vicinity of Sula and Soma vine yards, this is probably the best one. Rooms are huge, large balconies. Nice view. The staff is polite and very cooperative. Ashish from reservations, Shyam in the restaurant and Akshay in reception were remarkable in handling our requests. My only problem is: In booking.com and MakeMyTrip, they should clearly mention that it is a vegetarian resort and they do not allow non-vegetarian food even in the rooms. I booked and wanted to cancel as it was a matter of inconvenience for the family. Although it was a no cancellation booking, the management of Aria even agreed to 100% refund our money. Later, we changed our decision and Thank God we did it. Food, although vegetarian, was very tasty. Loved the breakfast spread.

We had the most wonderful stay at Aria. Beautiful hotel overlooking the lake. Ashish the manager and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. 5mins from Sula Vineyard, Ashish arranged a booking for the wine tour and tasting. Pool was great also overlooking the lake. Large room with great facilities. This was definitely our best hotel stay in India.

Nothing at all. It was a perfect stay

The overall architecture, upkeep and maintenance of the property. The views from all rooms are stunning.

1. Room types are not clearly described on the websites. There are few pool side rooms but are not mentioned or offered on Booking.com or any other travel sites. 2. Pool and Breakfast Buffet timings are not synced. Pool opens at 9 AM whereas breakfast closes at 10:30 AM. Majority of the guests prefer to have b'fast after enjoying the pool. Due to this, the dining at 10-10:30 AM gets too crowded even on weekdays. One small suggestion is to open the pool early to avoid this inconvenience.

Only points where I see scope of improvement is that there should be some activities or games for kids and also there should be accomodation for drivers. Another thing is that at the time of checkout we realised that some private event was planned exactly near our room , since we were checking out it didn't affect us but I am sure people who checked in that room after us would be distributed due to the event.

The rooms are spacious and the overall experience lovely. The food was delicious. We had a good time.

As usual the staff doing the work (the people doing the actual work) are excellent - But the Manger at the reception brushes off our request of having rooms next to each other - with an attitude that we are doing you a favor. Other than that the place is awesome - Wish speaking in an obliging manner was taught to the manager.

Clean rooms, great response from the staff, the lake view suite was amazing! The food was tasty and piping hot even when ordered to the room.

*Breakfast was good. Had good spread of items. *Rooms were spacious and clean. If possible get the lake facing view. There is construction going behind the hotel and hence you cannot use the balcony. Full dust. Can't walk or dry your clothes. *You can click pictures at many places. Well maintained property.

very good breakfast. since its pure veg, we got a lot of variety to choose from. overall comfortable. the rooms were quite spacious. the staff is helpful and courteous.

some construction going on at the site was a disturbance. also, choose the lake view rooms. we had the mountain view ones.
