I have Visited on 18th Jan 2025,For a night. Staff on the reception desk at the time of check in and out were really helpful,polite and understanding. All helping staff were keen to help u at every step. Bathroom were clean and hygienic. Hotel has sitting area on 3floor also. Breakfast was lavish.Restaurant service was great. Pool water was clean. Decent interior and nice ambiance. Dinner ordered was really tasty,Soya chaps were mouth watering. So over all its really good experience.

Room needs some deep cleaning in corners specially where sofa chairs are kept. When u pull out chairs in order to seat covers were having stains nd floor was clean

Convenient location, spacious rooms, pretty clean during monsoons, excellent food, smiling staff. Very pleasantly surprised with the property, cleanliness and an excellently elaborate menu with outstanding okra wali sabji and creamy tadke wali daal. Pretty good breakfast and some piping hot coffee for a rainy morning. Thank you and hope to visit again.

The property could do with another lift or maybe an optimized life as the wait is quite long. Athiti devo bhava maane that the reception staff can smile more often so the athiti feels welcome.

The location was great. The room was clean and spacious. Checkin was easy and quick. Toiletries were provided in the room. Tea coffee available in the room as well as coffee- machine in the hangout area. The breakfast was really good and reasonably priced. Overall good experience

The location and food (breakfast as well as on the menu) were amazing. Special shout out to the staff who are incredible.

The room is really great. The staff are doing great job doing regular cleaning, but it just needs a little deep cleaning from time to time for the long run.

Very nice stay. Rooms good size, Suggestion bedsheet towels were not very clean . Should be changed immediately. Its in highway. convenient for travelling all round

Reception staff was co operative. Hotel premises is clean Hotel restaurant serves tasty food,lavish breakfast. Helpfully staff. Only complain I have is side sofa nd chairs need deep cleaning. Overall happy with my stay at the hotel

Clean, good food and very friendly staff. A big good recommendation of this property. Water is hot 24x7 so be assured for a good hot water bath even in rainy season. The ACs were clean, and the windows are noise proof. Breakfast is really very good, one should avail it.

Instructions given at the counter to clean the room after we were out early morning were not passed on to housekeeping staff. When we came back in the afternoon we were surprised, but they did tidy the room immediately. Communication of front desk needs to improve.

Very clean tidy all amenities were there plus very cosy comfortable stay. Very nice polite staff, some stuff went out of their way to help us even . Overall a very pleasant experience.

Breakfast was excellent

In restaurant, the staff professionalism need improvement, in terms of guiding on ordering food items and promptness for services during entire dinner/lunch consumption. Attention should be paid for requirement of water during food consumption.

Very close to highway and worth the money with all the amenities and cleanliness. It was perfect.

The receptionist was not welcoming probably because we had booked from booking.com
