Quality of food at the breakfast and dinner buffets needs to improve. It is suggested that the breakfast eggs serving should be egg bhurji instead of omelets which are being heaped on the serving counter and getting cold and stale, also falling short at times. The property appears a bit understaffed and checkin and checkout cycle times could be improved for a better guest experience.

Staff hospitality and they offered us complimentary breakfast at the checkout date which was unexpected. It was really sweet of them to pack it up for us as we were running late for our travel back to Mumbai.

Rooms were small and cleanliness could have been better. Room service was slow and first day faced issues with wifi connectivity and electricity which impacted my office work.

The dining area needs to be expanded as it's too small for a 101 capacity room hotel..people had to wait until the others finished to find a place to sit and dine.please expand or move the dining area to a bigger place within the hotel..

Overall hotel was clean with good ambience. Breakfast was good & ample parking space.

More options for breakfast & to make sure food items are hot enough for guests during the entire breakfast duration. Security at the gate can guide for proper parking & show the way to reception as it is not in the front.

The front desk lady Ms. Vaijanti was very cooperative and had a very pleasant presentation. I always receive warm welcome and prompt service making my stay all the more comfortable and memorable. Thanks to the entire staff.

The hand-wash is outside the toilet. This is a major inconvenience. I have never seen this setup in any hotel and does not make sense at all.
