Location was good. Had a good buffet selection to choose. House-keeping were good at their job and with smiles. Over all a good experience.

Arrive early than the check in time. Front desk staff was kind to allow early check in and took care of the reservation. However lacked coordination between the staff members, Had a small incident but then it can be negligible,

breakfast had a decent spread and best arrangement of place for morning breakfast at poolside. Also Location was nice near to mall and other good restaurent and other place of interest.

Bathroom fittings should be improved; that will be helpful overall.

Food is excellent. Rooms are clean and maintained. Staff is very friendly. Overall we liked that it's close to the station and bus stop. Memorable stay.

The landscape and garden needs maintenance.

Breakfast was good, room was good, staff were co-operative but the cooling of the AC was not much as the temperature outside was extremely hot, when we entered the room we could not feel the cooling.

The rooms were clean and staff was very professional. We ordered food in room which was awesome, Breakfast was quite decent. Highly recommend for business and leisure trips. PS: They have a beautiful swimming pool and a restaurant by the pool. Check the buffet there. Will come back again.

Good clean rooms, amenities of the rooms were quite decent, food is excellent. We spent some time at swimming pool which was managed quite well.one of the best properties of Nashik at this price point. Thank you see you again.

Gym facility was not proper

Nice big clean rooms staff was very cooperating and resolved issues immediately which impressed me. Reception staff was very quick in taking corrective action in getting hot water issues resolved. Overall stay was good. Thanks to everyone who made our stay comfortable. God Bless.

No complaints .Lock down has hit everyone in the hotel industry badly the tough only survived and hats out to management and skeleton staff, who I noticed are doing a great job. House keeping is an important factor to the guest .and they were doing their job professionally. Don't loose hope you wonderful staff keep that smile going things will get better and business will soon pick up. Keep it up .
