Staff was courteous. The food was good. Rooms were clean

Food quality can be improved a bit further. Ordered Kashmiri rogan josh but it wasn't spicy as mentioned. Pasta was great though. The tap in the shower room on the 8th floor ( swimming pool) was leaking continuously. We didn't get the hand towels at all on the second day. Checking out time is not really fair. Check in at 3 and check out at 12 ... When asked about this, got the reason that they require time to clean .. Why the fridge in the room if it is empty..

Good clean room, size ok for 2 people with 1 kid upto 12 years. The gallery carpet outside the room (4th Floor) was stained at different places maybe the property needs to get that sorted out for it to look better.

Had a masala peanut starter at the bar which had a peculiar taste of the peanuts being old/stale. Had reported it to the team but no major action except for the server lady spoke with the manager and nothing happened. Had dinner at the Asian Restaurant the server was very nice. Had ordered Hakka Noddle and Kung Pao Chicken - the noddle's were slightly hard and not properly cooked and the chicken was a bit hard as well (maybe they didnt use a broiler). So overall i think the hotel can improve the food for sure.

Absolutely Courteous staff. Front Desk senior Lady Manager and Receptionist accommodating us in the midnight, though our reservation was confirmed wrongly for same day but asper the check in time for next morning also the reservation was non refundable. Mr. Saqib and the senior manager understood the situation and helped us by cancelling the wrong reservation and accommodated us with a room. We are thankful for the hospitality and kind gesture by the manager and staff of the courtyard Marriott Nasik. We will cherish the stay for we have received warm hospitality

Very Nice breakfast spread . Live counters as well as many regional dishes were on buffet ! Very cordial staff . We had some misunderstanding for extra bed charges as hotel was booked for 3 person . We have explained to staff & then Mr.Pranav has sorted this issue without any extra charge ! Normally hotel staff give standard reply but they have listen patiently & understood & solved to our satisfaction! We shall always stay in this hotel , during our next trips for service, breakfast , comfort !

We went for the last rituals of my father. The team went out of their way to ensure seamless service. Empathy in such times speaks volume about the team. Must make a mention of Ankit Mishra , who went out of his way to ensure that we were taken care of . Extremely patient and kind and an asset to Marriot Nasik. Komal the ever smiling , sweet lady who navigated multiple requests with a cheerful and happy disposition. Om who helped us check in and went out of his way to help when he came to know the reason of our visit. Great team , also met the GM who was extremely polite and all of them made that extra effort to be warm , kind and helpful !!!

We loved it here! Firstly, all members of staff were exceptional. They were very friendly and super helpful. The hotel restaurant’s wine and food was glorious. We had lunch at the Asian restaurant downstairs and the food was delicious. Our rooms (we stayed there on two different nights) were very clean and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. And huge! We enjoyed staying there so much, that we decided that whenever we travel anywhere, the Marriott will be our first choice.

The breakfast spread was vast and well-made, with fresh pancake and waffle counters, Maharashtrian, Gujarati, South Indian and continental options all available. All baked goods were eggless also.

The rooftop club didn't have music throughout the weekend, no party/nightlife, which could usually be expected. The entire rooftop area was shut. the electricity in the room also kept randomly switching off and the television channel selection wasn't good.

The Suite is next to a corridor where the service trolley comes out and each time you hear the trolley wheel making noise. Which wakes you up. It’s the only patch of the corridor which has tiles and not carpet. Secondly, the suite room on booking.com mentions a tumbler as part of amenities which never exists in any suite.

The room was thoughtfully designed. The location of the swimming pool and the views. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They also took care of our little one- from the restaurant staff to the valet service. She got a going away gift from all.. The overall ambience was pleasing..

The food was okay-ish .. The traditional local delicacy that we ordered wasn't as per our expectation. The television set wasn't a smart TV and the subscription channels had no English movie content...

Made to feel welcome from the moment one entered. Very helpful staff. I do plan to return at some point. Breakfast was very thoughtfully planned and arranged

A suggestion...The room was a little bare...nothing to welcome a guest...cookie, chocolate or flowers! No gown in the cupboard and 1 pair of slippers , dental kit even though 2 pax
