The Breakfast and Dinner spreads were good. I could actually spend some time trying out almost everything in the spread and tasting them. For the room since there was no view as it was main entrance facing they should have avoided giving to the guest when work is in progress. The property is well maintained and the staff was helpful on the requests made. had a pleasant stay overall

Since work was in progress avoid giving guests the rooms which are facing the renovation site and workers. This shows that the guests are not important and have to close their curtains all day.

The property lives up to its name. Extremely beautiful and huge. The staff maintains the property extremely well and this is something that the management should be proud about. We got a great deal on the price as well. We will definitely spread the word to our family and friends.

Just a minor issue. We were not provided the meal offer as the reservation was booked through a third party. I understand it's a policy but just that it would have made us more happy.

Well maintained property; friendly and prompt staff; good quality food. Shout out to Vijay and Sandeep, the service staff for keeping our room clean to the last detail and offering extra water bottles.

AirCon. It never reached the desired temperature all throughout our stay. There were lots of marriage parties at the same time of our stay, which made it noisy sometimes.

The staff were really courteous and helpful. The premises were really clean as one would expect. The rooms are well maintained. The chef were helpful in arranging food with special request. Wifi was good.

They are currently upgrading the property so certain areas were unavailable. One of them was pool. It mattered to me that prices should be reduced a bit when an important amenity like pool is unavailable. Hence, I would not rate it fully value for money.

The room was Clean, good & with all necessary accessories.

The menu in the restaurant did'nt meet the expectation as well as the variety was very ordinary. The taste & the quality of food items was poor. We did'nt get the Taj experience, which we were expecting. It needs immediate improvement !!!

My stay at Gateway Hotel Nashik was quite pleasant. Mr. Rohit at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were very helpful. While some restaurant staff could improve their attentiveness, others were excellent, although I can't recall their names. Overall, it was a good experience with a few areas for potential improvement.

Rooms was clean & big. Hotel is nice with nostalgia old property feeling. Breakfast & dinner spread was good & tasty food. Courteous, smiling & helpful staff.

Probably understaff due to Diwali vacations as not much people to serve in Dining hall. Feel people would have complained & therefore within two days the strength increased

Good swimming pool and jacuzzi Yash at resturant was really helpful with kids food

Food has become average quality over years. The gaming area is closed for renovation and this was not intimated at the time of booking. This limited things to do for kids.

This is one of my most favorite property.Its always pleasure to visit this location and spend time.Every miniute spend here is amazing.This is very vintage and serene property.

There is nothing that you will not like.

We stayed 3 nights. On the third night there was a lot of partying and noise coming from the adjoining room where some corporate people were partying. The partying went up to nearly 2 am and it spoiled our sleep. We were allotted a room with Adjoining/connecting door and maybe the noise was due to that. Manager should keep inspecting the property for such nuisance particularly where rooms are given to corporate employees. Or at least ask the room allottees if they are ok to stay in a room with connecting door when families are not staying in the adjoining rooms.
