The place is amazing. The interiors are tasteful. I travelled with family and these guys kept my "super active" kids engaged. They have multiple activities everyday that didn't make him miss the lack of put door play equipments. The food and the spread was great too. But the real kudos goes to the helpful staff. Right from the front desk to restaurants, these guys are always ready to help. Being on a wheelchair and with a super active kid can be tiresome but these guys helped me beyond words, that too with a smile. P.s. they also provided us a free upgrade considering my request for a spacious room.

It was an exceptional stay...we went there for 2 nights and we got upgraded to deluxe room with balcony...the room was very spacious, extremely clean,with all the modern amenities..the ambiance of the hotel was too good...fish pond to swimming pool to world class spa ,everything was at par...I want to specially applaud the staff,all of them were so cordial n yet professional...specially Mr.Dinesh from restaurant and Ms. Priya from reception...these are just few examples...all the staff was very courteous....food was amazing....the variety,the quality and the test was too good!!! We really had amazing time here.

The breakfast was superb and truly a good mix of international and Indian food. We were pampered by the staff at breakfast and even lunch next day. They were very attentive, prompt and even served up some specials. At lunch we opted for ala carte but proactively they served us some desserts from the buffet without us asking. They really nice - Ayan, Lalu and host of others whose names I can't remember. Madhumita's croissants were outstanding and on par on what I have eaten in Paris - light, crunchy...

The room rate was outrageous! 18,000 plus for a hotel room in Nashik! That was more than Mumbai rates. Next weekend it was only 9.5k. So I am not sure what happened on my weekend.

It's one of the best hotels in Nashik city. Rooms are well appointed and furnished. The staff is courteous and helpful

The location of the project is not very good and the approach Road is narrow and horrible. Some of the staff isn't very careful in their work. During our last stay the brought my baggage downstairs and even carried it outside near the car but forgot to keep it in the bootspace.Consequently we are devoid of our regular clothes and other essential articles. This level of callous attitude from some of the staff wasn't anticipated at all My bag is still lying with the hotel .

Hotel location is not great but hotel itself is good. Polite and helpful staff. Food is good , rooms and corridors are clean Staff is extremely helpful and courteous Food menu has good options and again the staff took good care

I had booked 2 rooms - 1 double occupancy and one triple - 2 adults - 1 child 15 years ( was charged extra already at the stage of booking ) however at check in I was charged another rs 1500 plus taxes as child is over 12 - this is disappointing as hotel and booking.com has different understanding and I ended up paying extra - I did inform reception that at the time of booking it was already mentioned about the Age - but they still charged me extra

The breakfast , food and the help from the staff is really good and efficient. There is a huge variety of breakfast and dinner buffet. The taste is really good. The hotel is in a good location not on highway plus not too far away from highway. So you have a peaceful sleep at night. Rooms are clean and comfy. its just 24minutes to Panchavati temple. Lot of nearby attractions can be done.

May be they could add 1 extra cafe in a small space with some reading books.

Radisson Blu Nashik is a relatively new property, but that makes it so much more special. The rooms and amenities were superb, with large spaces that were very comfortable. We had a room with a gorgeous view of the hills, and it was wonderful to see the sunset every evening. The food was spectacular, with top notch bakery and confectionery. The spread was generous, and catered to a multitude of tastes. However, the best part about the hotel was the staff. Right from front office, to the restaurant and room service, the staff was exceptional. They went the extra mile each time to make us feel welcome and looked after. We had a few initial hiccups, but even those were handled professionally. I cannot recommend this hotel enough because of the superb staff.

Even when you set the air conditioner at 18 degrees at night, it barely reached 22.5 degrees so tends to get hot at night. They should provide more switches/controls for the lights, as most of the room lights are on the master switch, so if one wants to turn on just the bedside lamp or the lobby light, it’s not possible!

Radisson Blu Nasik is a Well designed New 5 star property Great Lobby , Good well designed rooms The bathroom is an excellent design n well maintained The staff at check were very courteous n helpful they even offered me a late check out. Special mention is the restaurant, one of the best Architectural designs n the Staff n Management of the restaurant are very very well mannered, the buffet was very big spreat. When my wife was searching for sea food, they prepared a great prawn dish which was not part of the buffet. Thanks to the Chef n restaurant staff. Please keep up , the Guests will patronize Radisson as their favourite Hotel chain. We thank the entire Radisson Blu Nasik staff for hosting us.

Breakfast was great with the lavish spread as well as the taste and quality. Only the tea being served needs to be looked into as it was below average. Special mention for their housekeeping staff Beena as she was very helpful and courtious.

There should be a handwash dispenser in the washroom in todays' time. There should be basic cutlery in the rooms. The milk being served should be of good quality and the source should be informed to the guest to avoid any issues. Rest there is always scope for improvement.
