1. Location - it is at secluded but a peaceful location. Minor patch of road is rough, but otherwise the roads are nice. Some 45 mins journey Sula, but it was comfortable even at night. 2. Lighting and facilitates - lights are beautiful, the farm house looks amazing at night. Pool was nice too. 3. Caretakers - caretaker Deepak and his wife cooked us delicious food. Also the amount they charge is very reasonable. 4. Farm animals - they arrange the horse for a horse ride in yard connected to the farm. Also it has one naughty but friendly dog. There are cute rabbits as well.

1. Rodents & flies - we saw one big rat enter the house through chimney and one small rat through a gap in door. Few flies are there during the day time. 2. Electricity cut - electricity goes during the night/early morning. They do have a generator to act as make shift. But it's a partial support. Above cons can be easily resolved. If they do then this place will be perfect.

The AC and fans have no remote control , atleast the fan should have a regulator to control speed , it's lowest or max speed only with lot of noise ..

The place was great with lawn and swimming pool It was amidst the green forest and near by lake property Pool was also clean and there were rabbits, cows and a extra needy doggy as well..(If you let him loose - he will keep on cuddling) 10km away from the main city so you could see the stars The caretaker lady was sweet and she can cook as well for you The room was spacious as well and they have speaker as well so that you can play songs

The person who manages the reservation is not responsive and responsible They didn't provide us wifi password for the stay..their calls were also not reachable Geyser is a bit slow so be patient with that Photos are highly edited..place is nice though Last 10 minutes of road is patchy
