Staff is polite and always helpful. Great location, and room with mountain views. It is best to enjoy this location with family or group of friends. If you’re planning to go for darshan, please allow extra time to reach the temple (20-40 minutes) or the market, as you need to walk after Imali Chowk. Ample parking space. Good food. Clean and spacious rooms, as well as overall place.

INR 300 for a to and fro Auto service to the temple market is a big expensive. Hotel can consider its own Auto or even a free service. Food while adequate in quantity and service was a bit spicy and tasteless.

Location is good enough. And property itself is excellent.

Everything is ok but TV D2H connection was not recharged. We have to wait for more than half hour to watch important T20 World Cup match. I think management should be alert about it. Otherwise full marks to the property.

The golf cart serv9ce was the only positive s9dw against the location that is far from the temple. Closing the service without informing was not ethical and correct. The customer waits for f9r the Auto at Rs. 150 and does not come on time to suit Darshan timing. Ultimately walking with the ascend.

The location is the best in Nathdwara. The ambience and the food make the stay pleasant.

The bathrooms are too big and not properly designed. The plumbing is very poor and overall bathroom is not very comfortable. It's clean but not comfortable.
