We had a stay of two days in Fortune Exotica. It is an excellent property with amazing common facilities, nice and cozy rooms and amenities including swimming pool on the rooftop, a spacious gymnasium and separate dining restaurants and bar. The staffs, especially Mr. Mulayam, were extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast was really sumptuous and should not miss it even if it is not included in their package. Highly recommended for visitors aiming for official/personal stay in Navi Mumbai.

The room sizes could have been bigger.

Pathetic room service, this is not the first time i have came in to fortune but I experienced ths for the first time, I ordered food in my room n guy got it n i told him that vl pay at the desk, he agreed but after a while he came in thrice to the door asking for the pyment , as if v vl run away without paying , this was so annoying

the fact that they are selling it online but can’t confirm for the specific room. for eg; while booking there was an option for the room category which explains what all is included in that room. so two suites is available for booking in that hotel where after you booked and confirmed the booking.com site and the hotel said that they can’t confirm for the same. Doesn’t understand for the same. why to keep it open for booking then

Breastfast was quite good. Good selection

The entrance of the hotel is a bit confusing ( there is some meeting hall/ wedding venue). I think it is an important factor of any hotel, to give the first impression.

Location was nice food was good.

Room is well appointed and clean , bed is comfy and AC is super

The tv was very difficult to operate and channels were very limited . Room is very nice and cozy and no road noise at all. However in the eveing foul smell form the nearby drains comes into the hotel lobby which is very annoying . Some ppl smoked in the hallway in spite of no smoking policy which is not good for non smokers like me. Hotel should be strict with such offenders

Breakfast was great! So was the swimming pool and gym

1. Sluggish room service. 2. Room amenities and layout, availability of bath tub and kettle/tea coffee different in all three rooms booked even though tariff paid was equal. 3. Low wifi speed and patchy connectivity 4. Washroom next to the pool was very dirty 5. In house a la Carte menu was over priced 6 jacuzzi and sauna facilities not functional

the staff and services are exceptional

facilities need to be improved to meet the needs of the standards. lights, carpets, small improvements to raise the overall standard

Room was spacious, clean and up to the mark. variety of breakfast and taste has really delicious loved the stay.

Pool timings should be extended for the night. since your pool is at top floor and not covered with shade we couldn’t go in there. it would have been great if we could go there between 8-10pm during our stay.

The overall hospitality was great. It was the little things that the housekeeping, service and security teams did that left me feeling humbled and happy

The reception staff don't communicate well.. they do their job well but they don't engage in talking with the customer and letting them know how they are trying to help
