Very safe environment which was comforting for us being in a very foreign country. Quiet area in Delhi with some adorable, gentle cows roaming outside. Right next to the police station. Loved the Indian music video channel playing on the TV but the whitewashing is insane - just an observation; nothing to do with the hotel. Brown skin is absolutely beautiful and should be celebrated!!!!

I had an amazing stay here and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive without being intrusive. The room was spotless, well-lit, and had a lovely view. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and daily housekeeping. Breakfast had a great spread with both local and continental options. I genuinely didn’t face a single issue. Will definitely return!

This boutique hotel truly stands out for its wholesome environment, ideal location in a vibrant neighborhood. Very near to Fortis Escort Hospital and Sukhdev Vihar metro station. Housekeeping was really good. Ashok, the head of housekeeping service was really helpful and always present. The hotel's Vegetable Thali from their food service was exceptional, and the staff's politeness and attentiveness added to the overall charm of the experience. I highly recommend Amber Inn for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a delectable culinary delight in the heart of Delhi.

While my stay at Amber Inn was generally delightful, I did notice a minor issue that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection in my room was somewhat unreliable, leading to occasional interruptions during my work-related tasks and video calls. Although the hotel lobby and common areas had a stable connection, it would be beneficial for guests if the Wi-Fi coverage and speed were consistently improved throughout all rooms. This enhancement would undoubtedly elevate the overall experience for business travelers like myself who rely heavily on a dependable internet connection during their stay.

We stayed there for 6-7 nights and we had a comfortable stay. The location was great as we have relatives staying in Sukhdev Vihar and this was super close to their place. The staff who did the check in was very polite and understanding. Overall the staff present were polite and courteous

I really enjoyed my stay at Amber Inn by Orion Hotels. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. It’s in a nice spot—easy to get around but still peaceful. Great value for the price. I’d happily stay here again!

Nothing i can think off

If you like a calm place in south Dehli, You must stay here. It’s very clean, good breakfast, very good service. We never expected but our stay was amazing. Metro is like few 500 meters away. We had great time.

Warm water is only few hours in morning and one have to wait 10-15 minutes until it’s runs, this wastes soooo much water. One has to let the tap on and run water until it’s gets warm water. This is extremely wasteful of water, specially for Dehli ??? They need to make an alternative solution.

This is a really Good property that i have stayed with my family, that is a good location and good vibe. All staffs are helping and supportive but at the time of check in Reception Executive take some more time. but All experience was good. Need to improve some Food quality.
