I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, and very helpful. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The restaurant offered delicious food, although with not many varieties. The hotel’s location is convenient for exploring the city. The staff, especially the restaurant chef, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, comfort, and value.

The hotel is located at a busy street, so it gets loud sometimes

We stayed for three days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although we had initially booked a twin-bed room, we requested a change to a king bed since we were three people, and the staff accommodated our request without any hassle. The food was delicious and definitely worth trying. A special mention to Ms. Thanu at the restaurant—she was exceptionally helpful. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The room was clean, and all amenities were well-maintained. The hotel is also conveniently located and easy to access.

I really like the reception staff of the hotel they were really helpful and the buffet staff was exceptional they asked me many times what I need and provided me within seconds and breakfast was so tasty and I got huge verity of food and everything was perfectly cooked and dressed well the staff present during the breakfast was so kind and helpful they made sure that I'm full and satisfied I really loved everything and also the room was just perfect and was very clean and staff was available for help even in the middle of the night this is my permanent stop now and it's the full value for money . Thanks a lot to every staff member for the services provided to me everyone of them surely deserves appraisal

Hotel was new, clean and well-maintained. We chose it also because it slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the city and we enjoyed it quite a lot because of that. But travellers should be mindful that it is a bit further out. It did prove to be a good communication hub between different sightseeing locations so we definitely recommend it as a starting point. Staff was also very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was also top.

It is close to a main road so you should be mindful it can get a little noisy (we didn't mind it at all).

The hotel is in a noisy area. Thankfully we had earplugs. Half the staff was nice (during breakfast) but the other half didn’t want to be here. Very nonchalant. We had to ask for wifi password and which floor was breakfast. During check out they asked us how we wanted to pay even tho they had the receipt proving we already paid. One towel each. No bathroom mat and no toiletries. Expensive for India in general and still 40 -60 min drive from the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Maharani Bagh. The entire property, including the room, was clean and well-maintained. The staff were kind, courteous, and always willing to help. The breakfast was good, and the team at the breakfast service, especially Laxmi, was very polite and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience—definitely worth the money. I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s family-friendly too!

Breakfast menu has to be expanded, more items to be added to the menu, variety through the week to be implemented. Location is good in South Delhi, you cannot help the Delhi traffic; easy to navigate to the location

Parking & Services. The CSS.. Compact Sub Station & Generator are poorly placed encroaching on the parking spaces. The Services Consultants have done a poor job. The exterior pavement is of polished stone, ideally should be a rough service. The washroom is tight, if the swing door is converted to a sliding door, navigation will become smooth

As I noticed it is just recently opened new hotel. The room is cozy and clean. The staff is quite friendly and polite. The breakfast is good, but it is very limited for Western food, it is mostly local (just in case - it's not a weakness). I would recommend it for reasonable money.

I would never recognize the entrance as a hotel - it is a modern building hidden and surrounded by a high fence. The only moving gates are available to come inside from the street. The small tiny lobby. Slow checkout.

The Breakfast was great. Quite the spread of fresh and buffet style options. This is a main reason people stay here i think. the staff working the breakfast were so friendly and responsive. Laxmia became our favorite over our two visits.

No pool or gym. My wife was hoping for a gym but alas there was none.
