It was a great stay.. everything was fine.. hotel rooms are same as pictures shown in booking.com .. it is worth staying.. And near Metro station too..

I had a highly disappointing experience with Hotel South Delhi Inn, booked through Booking.com for a stay from 6th to 9th October 2025 for 5 people. The booking, confirmed on 26th September for ₹5800/-, promised a room with two beds. However, on the morning of 6th October, after arriving at Hazrat Nizamuddin Station, we were informed that no rooms were available. Instead, the hotel shifted us to Ashram Viv Hotel, where we were given a small room with only one bed, completely inadequate for 5 people, and demanded an extra ₹1500/-. This sudden change caused significant inconvenience, especially as we were traveling for an educational purpose. The hotel manager had assured us everything was fine until the last moment, making this feel like a scam. The facilities at Ashram Viv were substandard, and the overall experience was frustrating. Booking.com should not list unreliable hotels like this. I urge others to be cautious when booking here and hope the management addresses such issues to prevent future disappointments.
