From the moment I stepped into the Bloom Hotel in GK2, I was enveloped in warmth and vibrancy that reminded me of a blooming sunflower. They were not only helpful but also genuinely caring, making sure every part of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Every request was met with a smile and an eagerness to assist, which made us feel truly valued as guests. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. Nothing to dislike

great facilities brand new hotel, everything works great breakfast has a nice variety of items plus eggs cooked to order. staff was kind and willing to help water dispenser available at the lobby and by the elevator too on our floor, also 2 water bottles were provided for better rates book on their own website

check in process took a long time booking fee didn't match what the hotel charged. if u r gonna advertise on Booking.com u should be charging the same rate. coffee was very extremely weak for cheaper rates book on their own website

Good location and clean with very friendly staff

Noisy and no action taken against unruly noisy guests creating a ruckus after hours, despite informing and requesting the Hotel staff daily. The quality of bathroom supplies should be improved. The toilet rolls and napkins were of poor quality flimsy and staff were stingy to supply more.

The Best!! very warm and courteous staff. I hope it remains the same with time. I prefer this place over any five star hotel just because of courtesy of staff right from the sir who is guard till all those at reception particularly irfan and kirandeep. The person who cleans and refreshes the room till all those in the restaurant. Literally this place is home away from home. Very cosy clean sober and no hanky panky type business and family place. ❤️ pls remain the same

A great experience staying at Bloom Hotel. The staff were always so friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and included everything we had booked, the food was delicious and the location was perfect - a safe area. Really glad we moved here from our previous accommodation which was so awful.

A bit more expensive than what we wanted to pay but expectations were met.

GK 2 is a nice lively part of Delhi. This hotel got a makeover. It‘s not brand new but the beds and furniture were good. Breakfast too.

We had a window which was facing an inner courtyard. Sounds bounced off the wall very much and noise from the hallway was also disruptive.

The hotel is quite new, with nice comfortable beds and renovated furniture. Also, the staff is so nice and helpful, they try to assist to you in everything they can.

Our room did not have a window as it was only directed to the hall and not an actual window. The heating system was not working.

The hotel is brand new so the facilities are spotless. Also the bedsheets and towels were super clean. Good breakfast with both Indian and continental options, which is rare. Staff at reception spoke good English
