Praveen singh& api both are very friendly and helpful... I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ginger. The staff was incredibly hospitable, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout. The food service was excellent, with delicious meals served promptly. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the rooms and common areas spotless. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and the facilities were impressive. Overall, a great stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!

This is our first time stay at Ginger East Delhi in lean luxe room & it was completely excellent hospitality service from arrival to my departure specially I would like to thanks Mr Salamuddin for smooth check in and assistance for everything in friendly & Profesionally nature . Qmin menu is enough and very tasty food. Top floor luxe rooms were enough for couple were very clean and hygienic. During check out thanks to Api, and Rohit.

I had a fantastic and comfortable stay, from check-in to check-out , everything was seamless and perfect. The Hospitality was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Qmin Restaurant Breakfast was delicious. Really superb experience ,this is my first visit in Ginger hotel , I was booked Smart Saver room which is very compact and not comfortable , so I requested to upgrade and Reception staff Mr. Alam has upgraded my room immediately with complementary . Qmin food was very Decent and service room cleaning all excellent once again Thanks Alam Praveen.

Very good hotel City view ,Mr. Alam &Ms Api fully supported me at everytime also They help lots about Delhi tourist destinations .food was so tasty ,room cleaning good .room is little small but ok for solo travelers . I was feel like my home 🏠...! Thanks Praveen as well.

The hotel experience was decent. I feel that the food and option were excellent as well as the pricing . Bedsheet were comfortable and room was nice . front desk staff was very Helpful By Mr. Salamuddin and Praveen ,asmita Api . Thanks will visit again .
