Just I couldn’t understand why they didn’t accept the price that was in booking… They want more than that price because they change it to their money with very cheap rate 😕

We originally intended to stay at the Leela Ambience for just two nights; however, our plans had to change unexpectedly due to my mom’s sudden illness. Concerned for her well-being, I made the decision to extend our stay by an additional three nights. I wanted to ensure that she had fully recovered before we moved on to our next destination. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received. The staff truly went above and beyond, surpassing all our expectations during this challenging time. When my mom fell ill, they immediately responded by sending a doctor to our suite, showing a remarkable level of care and urgency. As her condition worsened, the staff swiftly coordinated her transportation to the hospital, providing us with peace of mind during a very stressful period. I cannot express enough gratitude to the dedicated team who assisted us; their support made all the difference. Furthermore, our suite was clean, a testament to the hotel’s high hygiene and maintenance standards. The professionalism and attentiveness of the staff were evident in every interaction, making our stay feel comfortable and relaxing despite the circumstances. The breakfast offerings were extensive, and we enjoyed a delightful variety each morning. We found ourselves dining almost every day at their restaurant, Dilli 32, where the food was nothing short of amazing. Overall, our experience at the Leela Ambience was remarkable, and I am incredibly thankful for the compassionate care we received. I would choose to stay at this hotel again when I'm back in Delhi. :)

Staff were really friendly and helpful, food was great, Rooms were really clean, with comfy beds and great shower/bath

Drinks were a bit pricey in the bar

As a frequent traveler who has stayed in some of the finest hotels and Airbnb properties worldwide, I can confidently say that The Leela Ambience Hotel offers an exceptional experience. This five-star hotel delivers on every level, from its impeccable service to its luxurious accommodations. I stayed in the Executive Suite, which felt more like a well-appointed one-bedroom apartment. The suite was spotless, tastefully designed, and equipped with all the comforts expected from a high-end property. The service was outstanding, with staff anticipating needs and ensuring a seamless stay. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a diverse selection of delicious dishes to suit every palate. Overall, The Leela Ambience Hotel lives up to its reputation, providing the quality and sophistication one expects from a luxury five-star hotel. While it is on the pricier side, the experience justifies the cost.

It's about 24 km from the airport, which makes it a long ride in busy traffic hours.

FROM HOUSEKEEPING VIPIN / ANIAKA TO THE RESTAURANT STAFF INCLUDING THE CHEF WHO LOVED TO JOIN MY SON WITH HIS KIDS IPAD. MUCH MORE IMPORTANTLY MANAGER SRIJA SARKAR WHI GAVE US THE WARMEST WELCOME 🙏 THROUGOUT THE ENTIRE STAY AS DID A LOT OF OTHER MANGERS IN HOTEL AND STAFF.. SRIJA GAVE US A LOVELY SURPRISE TOWARDS THE END OF OUR HOLIDAY AND A NICE WARM HANDOVER WHEN WE LEFT DELHI FOR KOLKATA AT THE HYATT REGENCY. THERE IS NO LEELA YET IN MY NATIVE KOLKATA BUT WHEN THERE IS ONE THERE IN FUTURE, TRY STOPPING ME FROM BOOKING THERE. I LOVE LEELA.

Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Special thanks to the front desk staff members who made my stay even more memorable with their personalized care and helpfulness. It’s rare to encounter such excellent customer service, and it truly made all the difference. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. But the real highlight was the incredible staff who provided service with a smile and made me feel right at home. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Delhi was absolutely incredible. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend it enough. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to help us book train tickets, arrange tours, and organize taxi services. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making it the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to India. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return in the future. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Exceptional service from all of the staff who are polite, welcoming, helpful and clearly work very harden. The gym and spa were fantastic and well equipped (one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen). The rooms were also beautiful, spacious, clean and had great technology which was unique. The half board was a good option value wise. The stay was very relaxing which meant we even extended by 1 night.

The location is far from the airport (an hour) and 40 mins from central Delhi BUT this is reflected in the lower price which you’d pay double for in the centre. I’d still return despite this. The food variety was good but borderline too spicy with certain dishes. Smart TVs in the rooms would be incredible (eg. To watch Netflix etc)

Premium room and deluxe suites were very good. Spacious, neat and clean and room service and laundry was superb. Hotel is very big and cafe knosh was perfect for breakfast lunch and dinner. Birthday celebration at Cherry bar was a huge success. Thanks to Sameer, Pankaj Joshi and staff guests thoroughly enjoyed the occasion at Cherry Bar Husmanjeet from Cafe Knosh was delightful dealing with the kids and served us lunch and dinner diligently. Kids loved her presence.

The billing system was unable to cope with splitting bills to respective rooms. Staff tried their best but guest had to work out individual room bills. The family was split in two towers. Knowing fully well the need to be together they could not provide accommodation in same tower.

Amazing food, exceptional varieties in food, clean, modern architecture, welcoming front desk staff, staff at restaurant Delhi 32 was so sweet, welcoming & amazing & food was great...I recommend if you crave for great north Indian food just visit Delhi 32...

Everything was good but the staff at Cafe Knosh needs to be little attentive & active, they were missing smile on their face & they were more attentive towards foreigners...I do understand becoz of rush they were busy but they needs to give equal attention to every guest, this is the task right? Appreciation for front desk & Delhi 32, but Cafe Knosh staff needs to work on them.
