Just I couldn’t understand why they didn’t accept the price that was in booking… They want more than that price because they change it to their money with very cheap rate 😕

We originally intended to stay at the Leela Ambience for just two nights; however, our plans had to change unexpectedly due to my mom’s sudden illness. Concerned for her well-being, I made the decision to extend our stay by an additional three nights. I wanted to ensure that she had fully recovered before we moved on to our next destination. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received. The staff truly went above and beyond, surpassing all our expectations during this challenging time. When my mom fell ill, they immediately responded by sending a doctor to our suite, showing a remarkable level of care and urgency. As her condition worsened, the staff swiftly coordinated her transportation to the hospital, providing us with peace of mind during a very stressful period. I cannot express enough gratitude to the dedicated team who assisted us; their support made all the difference. Furthermore, our suite was clean, a testament to the hotel’s high hygiene and maintenance standards. The professionalism and attentiveness of the staff were evident in every interaction, making our stay feel comfortable and relaxing despite the circumstances. The breakfast offerings were extensive, and we enjoyed a delightful variety each morning. We found ourselves dining almost every day at their restaurant, Dilli 32, where the food was nothing short of amazing. Overall, our experience at the Leela Ambience was remarkable, and I am incredibly thankful for the compassionate care we received. I would choose to stay at this hotel again when I'm back in Delhi. :)

1. The staff was extremely welcoming. In my opinion, the ratio of staff to guests appeared to be much greater than other hotels like the Taj and the Shangri La. This may also mean, the number of guests were less during my stay. Either way, in my experience, I felt every staff I met during my stay made sure every need was taken care of promptly. Special mention - Sarwar and Srija at the check-in counter. 2. The housekeeping staff was exceptional during both days of my stay. Special mention - Anamika, Chhaya, Vipin. 3. The size of the room was the same (if not bigger) than the Diplomatic room at the Taj and similar rooms at the Shangri La (priced much higher). 4. The breakfast spread was much better than I expected considering the price of the rooms in comparison with the Taj and the Shangri La offerings. 5. Overall, for the price of rooms, I felt the Leela was undervalued in comparison to the Taj, Shangri La, etc. Although, it must be considered that they are centrally/better located. 6. Last but not the least, there was one staff whose name I cannot remember who could not speak. He was allocated my luggage and took me to my room and explained all the amenities using hand gestures and handwritten notes where possible. Being the first point of contact at the hotel, in my opinion, this interaction may well sum up my stay - "Pleasant and exceeding all expectations". A big thank you to the gentleman.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, food was great, Rooms were really clean, with comfy beds and great shower/bath

Drinks were a bit pricey in the bar

It was the best and arrives given by Rishabh nihal and Kajal was amazing

Breakfast was great with vast options & varieties. Cafe Knosh’s staff were really great and were above exceptional. I even managed to enjoy the Spa - which was really awesome!!🤩

It would be greatly appreciated if communication among the staff could be improved to help avoid repetition of similar questions and reduce confusion or misunderstandings. For example, I had requested for my first and second bookings to be combined so that I wouldn't need to check out and check back in. This request was acknowledged and arranged by the staff member who assisted us during check-in. However, the following day, I received a call in the room stating that I needed to check out and re-check in, which caused unnecessary confusion. Clearer internal communication would really help enhance the guest experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Everything was lovely from the room to the food to the pool and the staff. Raj look after us at all timess when in restaurants nothing was too much trouble for him lovely man and the two door ladies kunima and Monika always rember our room number to sit us down the waiter in the bar Manish look after us and always welcomed us and rembered our drinks orders.. Our room cleaner was polite and nothing was too much trouble Anuj. Most important our flight got canceled and we had to stay another night and the Ashutosh sorted it for us and gave us a goid price. Thank you to all the staff can't remember all there names but where brilliant would recommend

Wish there was some where during day to have a coffee rather than in your room or dinner restaurant but a minor fault really

My stay at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi, was once again a wonderful experience. I had stayed here two weeks ago and chose to return this week because of the exceptional service and comfort the hotel provides. The ambience is elegant, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the hospitality is truly top-class. What stood out the most was the care and attention the staff gave during breakfast time, especially towards my 9-month-old baby. They made sure everything my child needed was arranged with warmth and patience, which really meant a lot to me as a parent. The overall service was excellent — from housekeeping to the front desk, everyone was polite, professional, and helpful. This consistency in hospitality is why I came back for another stay. Highly recommend this hotel for families, especially those traveling with young children.

Nice atmosphere and lovely outdoor patios. Nice and large hotel with 3 restaurants. Lovely scents throughout the whole hotel. The Indian restaurant in the hotel was a bit pricy but well worth it, very tasty.

The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the personell obviously gets judged by their manager based on reviews because they would be a bit pushy about writing a review on the spot and adding there name. And it took them a very long time to bring up the extra bed for our daughter.

Overall, the hotel was mostly impeccable: the staff was extremely kind and attentive, the breakfast was full of different choices of food and cuisine. The room we got was an upgrade from our reservation, so we got a room on the 7th floor: the size was normal, nothing extraordinary, the bathroom was very good though, you could choose between shower and bathtub.

The only negative point was the location, as it was quite far from everything. But fortunately the hotel organized a taxi to pick us up from the airport (distance about 45m-1h, according to the traffic).
