overall the property is good however the staffs were friendly and you get basic neccessity with budget friendly price. This is like a homestay. I have no complaints my purpose was served. You have open terrace you can get nice Sunshine in winters. more info check YT lazywisealex

In cold days the floor can be cold which is normal in household in Delhi, nothing new . You get a heater to keep the room and yourself warm.

Owners and staff of the guesthouse are very friendly and helpful. The owner gave me great recommendations where to go in Delhi. Location is very convenient. It’s just a few minutes walk from metro station. It’s very easy to reach airport or train station by metro. The house located in very quiet and safe residential area. There is a separate area with cafes and shops in walking distance. Room has everything necessary and overall is clean and comfortable. There is shared kitchen where guests can cook. Breakfast was delicious. Food was cooked for each guest and one could choose between Indian and Western style.

Grace home was such an amazing place to find. In all of the hectic of Delhi to find a dpot that was quiet and peaceful was incredible. Just a short walk from the metro and also near to a main shopping area the location was great. I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived and even though I couldn't eat the breakfast due to my dietary needs it iia offered. Very exciting for me that each floor has a kitchen space so I enjoyed cooking whilst I was there. I will definitely stay here again when I next come through Delhi. Recommend a stay! (Beds are quite hard which doesnt bother me but might be worth noting if you need softer)

Me and my two adopted cats were welcomed with open arms at Grace Home. The cats were free to run around and explore the place as the family are genuine animal lovers. It was a perfect place to spend our last days in India as everything was finalised for the relocation and we were preparing ourselves for the long journey to Europe. Grace Home is in a quiet, nice and safe residential area close to the metro, shops and restaurants. Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi and I felt very safe and secure especially as a solo female traveler. It's run by a beautiful family and staff who'll look after and help you and a delicious breakfast is cooked for you every morning. Next time in Delhi I will stay here again for sure! Thank you Sanjeev and the whole team for your hospitality!!!

The structure is in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Delhi, close to many shops and restaurants and the iconic Qutub Minar. Metro Station Saket close by and easily reachable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The owner Sanjeev takes good care of his guests and was available by phone at any moment for any question. The continental breakfast was enjoyable: tea/coffee with an omelette and/or butter-jam toast. Each floor had a kitchen, fridge and a washing machine in common.

The room doors may need maintenance. Mine was broken and kept locked by the padlock. Not a serious issue though.

I travel to India from the USA several times a year, especially to the Delhi area. I like to stay in different hotels and guest houses in order to determine (for myself and other travelers) the best places to stay. The rooms were furnished with A/C, exceptionally nice blankets, private bathrooms, and desks to set up laptops. The main kitchen downstairs has a microwave, something you rarely see in budget hotels and houses in India. That said, I rated the Grace Home facility itself an '8' but service was a very outstanding 10+. The most notable part of my stay was the hospitality shown by Sanjeev, the owner, and especially his female staff (Shanti, Sheila, and Julie). I traveled with several very large and heavy luggages; and I did not ask the girls to take them up several flights of stairs. However, they did so without complaining at all. Also, they made sure I was taken good care of and prepared great meals for me every day. On my last day, Shanti noticed that I was having great difficulty in booking an Uber to Faridabad. For some reason, that day, drivers were canceling on me; so, she stayed with me a while outside, talked to a couple drivers, and finally got one to accept my booking. I really appreciated what she did for me. I am looking forward to staying at Grace Home again in a few months.

My suggestions for improvement have already been offered by other recent guests; and Sanjeev acknowledged that there were areas that needed to be addressed, including Wifi strength in the rooms on the second floor and the kitchen cabinets. Also, TVs in the room would be a great plus but guesthouses in India typically do not have these in the rooms.

The location was amazing. 5 minute walk to the metro that brings you everywhere. The staff and owner were really nice and friendly. There was clean drinking water available all the time. The room was clean and the rest of the building got cleaned every day really well. The homemade breakfast (sometimes Indian, sometimes western) every morning was great. They were really flexible with early check in and late check out. (Especially when it's your first time Delhi) I would recommend it! The neighborhood is quite and the place feels warm and safe

The owner and the stuff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean which is exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast is great as I stayed for 2 nights, each day was different and freshly made. The location is very good in a quiet neighborhood and so easy to reach by walking from metro station which is the best.

The place might be bit old with narrow stairs, but no big issue if you are fit and not with big suitcases. The noise outside the room from common area can be heard in the room, but not much as guests are not making noise such as having party. The quiet neighborhood and cleanliness compensate for these.

Breakfast and time to converse with Sanjeet, the owner and other traveling guests was lovely. The neighbourhood felt safe and clean, and the rooms were nice, homely and each floor equipped with its own common area and kitchen. Most of all I enjoyed the intention and energy of the people hosting the space.

Mosquitos came in through the window at night, which didn’t close properly, that was a bit bothersome.
