Location was excellent for my needs. Easy access to the airport and the Metro. Great link to the next-door mall. All of the staff at reception, restaurant, cleaning and housekeeping were pleasant, polite, interested in me as a guest, efficient and helpful. I can't mention all the staff by name but all of them I encountered, including the door and security staff were great! Room was first class, light, bright, airy and quiet.The room cleaning and room service was excellent and thorough. Breakfast was excellent and the staff attentive without being intrusive.... always smiling, even at 07:00Hrs! The farewell when I left to go to the airport was warm and considerate even although reception was busy with checkings-out.

The attitude of some other guests! I witnessed rude and boorish behaviour towards a night receptionist/manager from a customer attempting to bully him into allowing an extremely early check-in (06:00Hrs)! I was very impressed at the courtesy that guest continued to get from the staff member even though the manner of the person became objectionable. I was very glad to see such composure, manners and courtesy even when the guest did not deserve it! WELL DONE to that staff member and to whoever trained him!

The Location is bang on! Mall access is literally from within the hotel. The service from the reservation team led by ABHILASH was just phenomenal. He helped and accommodated all our requests; had come here for father’s medical appointments and he was just fantastic to help us make the stay smoother- we had to take two rooms and airport pick up everything was well arranged by him

Response time for housekeeping staff was not that impressive; there were multiple reminders that were needed to be sent.

The room was fantastic and great value fior money- I think I got a discount. Has everything you need in the room. Hotel and staff great . Location is fine...you need uber to get to main attraction wherever you are. Located within/attached to a shopping mall- bit soulless but has restaurants on your doorstep which was very welcome

Not much, there didnt seem to be much in surrounding streets so just ate in the shopping mall.

We were holed up in Delhi during some terrible air quality (500-600 AQI) so we avoided going outside. Svelte was the perfect place for it. The hotel is attached to Select City Walk mall, which has a ton of good restaurants, shops, and theaters. The room was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Good breakfast with western and Indian options. Staff was helpful. Fitness area was perfectly adequate.

The only negatives would be noise. We were on the 5th floor, but the area is very busy so there’s a lot of honking during the day. Our room was also next to some sort of employee room so we would hear a lot of their conversations. That said, we would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind — it really made a difference. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and comfortable. The location is perfect: close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again!

Great location, nice rooms and ameneties.

The housekeeping was not great, things were not cleaned a 100%. We got 2 cards for our room but 1 of them was constantly not working and couldn't be fixed by the staff.

Breakfast was great, Vinod and his Colleague (forgetting name) were very helpful and kind. Location is +++, with internal Mall access Rooms exceeded expectations and real value for money

The bathroom needs a minor upgrade, nothing major. Reception was modest , but the rooms sizes were great entrance and access is modest but overall fine

Fantastic hotel- top location. Great service by the reservation team- special shout out Abhilash; top guy- happily accommodated all our requests without any complaints. Goes out of his way to help, very polite and professional. Definitely my go to place to stay in Delhi.

Housekeeping could improve on response time to requests

Well Managed Hotel connected to City Select Mall and another Mall next door so perfect for shopping and enjoying the restaurants on offer. Rooms are large and comfortable comprising of a spacious seating area and work area on the other side of the room. Shared a room with my Aunt and had plenty of space without feeling like we were living on top of each other. Stunning pool on the roof top, lovely relaxing loungers to spend the afternoon. Generous breakfast spread served in a spacious dining area. Masala Omlette with cheese were a firm favorite! Good choice of Hotel if you are wanting to be close to the Malls.

The wifi connection was poor and often slow and unable to be accessed in all areas. No wifi around pool area.

I like reception stuff Mr Kishan Singh and Mr Ankit Singh they are help us and every time simle. Location for hotel very good and housekeeping

Actually, from day one, I face problems with Pancham Singh and manger Mr Rahul Kalshan ,I arrived hotel at 9 pm to check in they ask my to pay total amount 12 day now ,I told them its first time in my life face that and they are taking with sold faces . I wos very tired for a long trip, tervel really I would like to call police and make a compline how they do with tourists
