The manager Mr Sanjay took a personal interest in my well being and comfort! He has a soft demeanour and takes every complaint if any and immediately rectifies it. He was extremely kind and helpful over And above what was needed and ensured my being safe and sound. From the front desk staff to the room attendants , the second floor where we ate our meals the servers were excellent. Even the doorman an ex army gentleman went out of his way to help with cabs . Over all this hotel staff is extremely efficient, kind, soft spoken and go out their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible! They are approachable and friendly and I felt this was my home away from home. Pampered thoroughly! Even after I checked out they made sure I was taken care of and thati reached my destination safely since I was alone! The food is really good too! Extremely centrally located makes it super convenient too. With three big malls attached a mere 100 yards away there is access to everything!

Everything was great but the keys were not working properly. We had to get the keys fixed everytime we had to go up. The staff is great but the management is horrible. Other guests were also suffering due to this key issue. I stayed for 8 days and I had to go to the reception multiple times to fix the key. I did not expect such a great hotel to have a problem with such a basic thing like a key.

My comments are based on the general view of Delhi. A busy, noisy and beautiful city. This hotel is located in an area that is far from some of the sights of Delhi. But it is located next to a very large shopping mall. It is less traffic and less noisy than other areas of Delhi. The size of the rooms is sufficient for two people. Breakfast is relatively good. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The cleaning facilities in the bathroom are very poor. The breakfast is not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. The sheets were not completely clean.

The facilities definitely need to be updated. The room key and whole scan system are too outdated. Same as the room decoration and furniture. Frankly speaking, a self-rated 5 star hotel, the breakfast should be improved a lot. However, we stayed for up to 15 days, the restaurant staff asked us to order any food we like to eat so that we didn't face any problem with the limited choice of buffet breakfast. Moreover, the room airconditioner has a very bad direction of the wind, it goes right to your face and head when you are lying on the bed. We try to change rooms but every room is the same design. The housekeeping finally ended up sticking a sheet of newspaper on the air outlet.

Hotel is in good safe location ,easily accessible to all means of transport.Staffs are very good .Mr.Akshay at front desk was very helpful.Food was good .Room was clean with all amenities provided as mentioned.Its a good place for families.

I checked out of hotel today. Before I forget I thought I should mention an absolutely fantastic experience with the wonderful staff who ensured our stay was comfortable. Special thanks to the on-duty shift manager Mr Sanjay for his exceptional service and leadership who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We were here for medical treatment at the nearby clinic/hospital, and I stated special needs to him. It was clear that he took it personally checking in with me daily to make sure room accommodation and special needs were met. I must add that we also enjoyed the in-room dining experience. Food was cooked just perfect to meet special dietary restrictions by the chef Mr Nasib. It was clear he crafted with care and attention. Needless to say our room was spotless everyday, it’s evident the cleanliness is too priority for the hotel management. I strongly recommend reaching out to Zone Connect, Saket and meet Mr. Sanjay & his staff for genuine care to ensure your stay is unforgettable. Thanks to the hotel management and we will definitely be returning on our next visit!!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and welcoming hospitality from the front desk staff I can remember the name of Manager Bhuwan. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and restaurant, were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire staff. Everyone I interacted with, from housekeeping to the front desk, was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable.

The room was good. It was a connect room (as per booking details). Cleanliness was good. Staff is ok too. The price should have been better. Property is located very close to the commercial area in South Delhi. Buffet breakfast had reasonably good options and the food preparation was very good.

Checking in and actually getting into the room took about 2 hours. This kind of experience should be avoided for any customer. For one day the lobby AC wasn't cooling or was shut off and we had to notify the staff and it took them some time to rectify. Anyways we decided to head off in the meantime.

Great location, clean room, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast

Our friend's room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and their solution was to spray a very harsh chemical to mask the smell. It them smelled like strong chemical cigarettes. Took a few tries and a few hours to get bottled water to the room. I asked for it and the front desk when we came in from the mall and they said they would bring it up. It took a few hours and phone calls.

We spent 16 nights at this hotel and enjoyed a very comfortable and clean hotel room. Room was a good size and plenty of room for our luggage etc. Bablu looked after our room for our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast for us was not a lot of choice as it was mainly Indian food. The doorman was also very helpful as from time to time we had trouble getting our auto.

There was nothing that we disliked.
