The hotel is close to the airport and very convenient located to all the terminals. My room was great, clean and very quite which was brilliant. There is a great restaurant beside the hotel where everyone goes so the food was also very good quality. The staff were super helpful and allowed to hold my bags while I was away for a few days on business. This was amazing and i'm very grateful for the hospitality. Overall a great stay, i was well looked after by staff and will stay here again when transiting through Delhi.

I was looking for a budget hotel to stay for a couple of days that is nearby to the Airport. Arch fulfilled all the requirements that I had. The staff were courteous, the food was good. the room was neat and clean. I would rate the Arch Hotel highly if you are looking for a no-frills, budget accommodation that is near to the IGIA or Aerocity.

Noise. Not outside Noise but I presume other guests in the corridors on mobile phones. Groups of people talking loudly in the corridors gone midnight. Possibly an isolated case but could have done without it.

The stay was really fantastic..The reception staff Mr.Ravindra is attentive and courteous.The room was neat and cleaned with highly maintained.The breakfast is good and healthy. Surely recommended to all travellers.

Clean hotel with nice rooms. Best budget hotel I've stayed in here. I would defintely stay again particularly with the last minute bookng discount I got from Booking.com

The girl at reception tried to tell me that I wouldnt get the price from Booking.com that I showed her was possible on the Booking.com App.even after I booked it. I insisted and then paid the price that I was given through the App. My booking was for an executive room but they tried to give me a different room at first but then I got an executive room. Just don't let reception try to fool you. Even with this experience I would still recommend this hotel due to its price and clean rooms.

The overall experience was quite great, the guests felt welcomed and experience right from the front desk was quite respectful, cooperative and welcoming. The hotel is well made the lobby's along with the rooms are quite elegant and nice. There was no hindrance or issues from the hotel of any kind, will surely be a hotel of visit again in the near future and recommend to all my friends and family members.

Breakfast was very nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The toilet in the dining area is very close to the table. People queueing near the dining table to enter into the toilet. Please make necessary arrangements.

I dont have enough words to describe the goods for hotel Arch. Mr. Sunil, the reservation manager of Hotel Arch, was extremely helpful. He arranged everything for us. He arranged our car trip to Agra at a reasonable price, with a tour guide also!! Hotel arch has their own taxis, for airport pick and drop, with reasonable pricing. The food at the hotel was very good. The rooms were spacious and good also!! Thank you so much for making our stay at Delhi comfortable and memorable. The next time I'll visit Delhi, I will of course stay here and will contact Mr. Sunil again, for arranging my tour again!! Thank you so much.
