The room was clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport making our early morning departure stress free.

They were doing renovations so the entrance looked more like the reception of a construction site. Don’t worry though the rooms are great. Wouldn’t recommend using as a base to explore Delhi though as quite far from the main sites.

Close to the new area Aerocity where there are plenty of coffee and restaurants. Close to the metro. From the reception you have arranged a one day trip in Delhi. Kiara from the desk is dedicated to fulfilling your needs !! The staff is amazingly polite and smiley!!!

Old furniture and not a cozy bed. Weak Wi-Fi signal, not stable... if you want to use it for work, it doesn't ok... Not have a safe box in every room.

Everything was good but staff was bit greedy and tried to take every single penny out ofnyour pocket for no reason.

staff member who charged me half rate of the room for one hour early check in, even I called them before and they said only 1000rs but he charged me 1700, secondly they sent the car wrong day even I sent the image of my flight details and still charged me airport parking charges which I should not have paid for their mistake why should I pay?? Hot water take 20 minutes to come once you run the tap, which means you have to waste 50-100 liters of water in delhi. Better to add geysers to room.

We stayed in this hotel for the first time. Bathroom was clean and bedroom neat and clean, stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing each and every facility from airport to Hotel was great staff was welcoming.

The suite was big enough with the view on the street. Apart from a big bed, there is a small sofa and an armchair. There was hot water in the bathroom.

I booked a suite because it had a bathtub and I needed to take a warm bath. The bathtub was a bit old and damaged. I had to ask the host to deliver a plug because the bathtub was apparently used instead of shower. The plug they delivered was leaking though and all water would quickly run out.

Manager Vinay was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends

The restaurant staff was not too helpful. We have to call 3 times to complete our request, and they don't pick up the dishes from the room when you call for.pick up they said leave it out side the door and they don't pickup the dishes until afternoon and that invite mosquitos in the hotel Ramhan I request management to don't leave the dishes outside overnight that way the galary don't smells and no invitation for mosquitos.

1. the room is not sound proof. I could hear the persons in the next room. 2. the A/C was so so. but with the fan running the temperature in the room was comfortable. 3. booking.com had showed the room has a city view. from my window, I could only see the wall of the next building which was about three feet away.

Hotel RPM is the best place that I have stayed while waiting in Delhi for my flight home. As a travel agent who likes to travel personally to find recommendations, I have stayed at several hotels nearby the airport, and I have been disappointed until my first stay at Hotel RPM last October. Their staff was very friendly and the rooms and restaurant were top notch! I will not bother looking anywhere else in my future visits to India.
