I would urge the hotel staff to explore options for billing credit cards online which will be very hassle free when u r booking this on behalf of your old parents. Although the staff did provide us the online link to make payment however this still involves parents making phone calls and liaising with the staff.

The hotel was very clean, it had staff at the reception desk round the clock, the rooms were suitably sized, clean, quiet and functional. The bathrooms were clean, and although a bit small, it had clean towels and the usual complimentary toiletries. Check out was also smooth. The staff was friendly.

Airport pick: I specifically booked a taxi to pick me up from the airport, and asked for someone who would pick me up from the arrival gates. I was told that someone would be standing there with a placard. Instead, when my flight landed at midnight, I got a call from the driver to come to a certain point. I had to walk with my large luggage and small child to some parking region where the driver had parked his car. This was quite scary because it was after midnight, it was a new city, I am a woman with a small child, and I was walking through crowded and deserted regions outside the airport, all the time hoping for our safety. It was a highly stressful situation, and to think that I paid Rs 1200, which is at least twice more than what the airport taxis would have cost me!!

Location was good, near to Delhi IGI Airport. So it was convenient to catch early morning flight. Hotel has a good restaurant that is open all time. Hotel also gave us a room upgrade.

There were couple of nails projecting on floor of the room.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Very good ambience and just minutes away from the airport, opposite the Aerocity. If you want to stay in hotels as in Aerocity, but you are a little tight on budget, choose this one blindly! May go there on my next visit to Delhi as well!

Need better and detailed mention of the facilities provided.

we were a little early as had a early morning flight. we did not had to wait till 12pm to get our rooms. the rooms were not ready on our arrival but were given to us as soon as they were cleaned and ready for us. breakfast spread was just right - not too large and not too small. food quality was also good and tasty.

i was allotted suite room.. but its flooring was damaged.. also some particular smell was there in room.. overall it was not feeling comfortable in the room though it was suite room .. it needed renovation ..

Really enjoyed our stay at Taurus Sarovar. Wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception admin staff should be more friendly. Very sullen looks. No smiles.
