For the reasonable price I paid for my room, this hotel exceeded my expectations. All the staff (especially at Reception) were incredibly helpful. The room was clean, the water was hot in the shower - and the bathroom too was very presentable. I ordered food - which arrived quickly - was well served and was very tasty - and correctly priced. The hotel taxi to the airport was 350 rupees - again the correct amount. Thank you to the staff. I do recommend this hotel for a short and safe and clean stay near the airport.

The hotel is in a back street - quite difficult to find without Google Maps. (It's behind the Hotel Classic Diplomat and round the corner from the Hotel Pearl in Road 2). The inside of the hotel, however, is perfectly fine and very clean and safe.

Very good value for the price. The location of the property isn’t misleading like a lot of the “airport hotels” in Delhi on booking.com The other hotel list fake addresses which you can verify on google map reviews. That aside this hotel was excellent value. Really clean and 24hours room service. Bottled water isn’t complimentary but it’s cheap at 15rs per bottle. The breakfast buffet was included in our price and was probably the best part. It was nice to not have to deal with finding a breakfast place in the morning. Staff are very attentive and will be helpful if you ask.

Lack of shower and small bathroom

It was a pleasure staying at Hotel Festival , which is 5 minutes walking from Aerocity and 10 Minutes driving from Delhi Airport. Hotel Festival is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose many items : Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed . All the staff is ready to listen and take care of any needs . All the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms a are spacious. Excellent location courteous staff .I will definitely stay there again.

An excellent and economical overnight stay near the airport that, unlike many of the airport hotels, is genuine and is where it says it is. The rooms are clean, comfortable with everything working. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The airport transfer worked well so we were rested, relaxed and ready for our flight home the following morning.

This wasn't really a problem but finding it wasn't straightforward, here's the details. It's on the road as shown on Google maps but 20m down a side street that runs beside the Festival Pearl Hotel. Finding the Pearl is easy then look for the side street. It would be good if there were tea and coffee making facilities in room especially as it's customers will be arriving and leaving at all hours.

It is very close to the airport and 15 mins walking to "Aerocity" metro station. Just 3 minutes walking from the main highway. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Staff is very kind, respectful and helpful. Breakfast is mainly Indian dishes and food. But they have omletes and eggs.

There were some hairs in the bathroom and dust was not cleaned very well on the window. But it did not affected my experience that much. Because if I was paying $50-60 per night, I would expect a super clean room. It definitely worth for the amunt of money you are paying (I paid around $30-32 ish per night). Good hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant is good, room was spacious and comfortable enough. One of the better hotels I have stayed at in Delhi and unlike others it does actually look like the pictures, genuinely a surprise in this city (and on this app)

I prefer to use stairs rather than a lift/elevator but there was always piles of cleaning stuff and bed sheets etc on them, it gave the hotel an untidy and half finished feel. The location is close to the airport though a little seedy, and finding the hotel requires an adventure down back alleys.

I highly recommend the Hotel Festival Mahipalput at Delhi Airport. Excellent location away from loud busy streets, crowds and traffic. We walked to the Mahipalput Metro to the Indira Gandhi International Airport. Very easy on the budget, good walk and time saver. This lovely recently redecorated and updated hotel is a respite for quiet, attractiveness, welcoming staff and convenience. My knees appreciated the new elevator as I didn't have to carry 2 pieces of luggage. There is a lovely entrance of marble to the elevator and comfortable easy restaurant where we enjoyed omelets, fresh juice and delicious chai after a good nights sleep uninterrupted by traffic or crowd noise. Rested and fed we are off to an appointment at the US Embassy, Lodhi Gardens for luscious green space in the middle of new Delhi. After that we will go to the Most beautiful Bahai Lotus Temple to experience the tribute to the nine prominent religions of the world 🌏.

It’s a little challenging to find so be sure you have the directions. You will appreciate this tucked away hotel from nearby thoroughfares. We will return to this well located, updated and very helpful and good natured staff, very clean and comfortable hotel especially when we want to be close the the Delhi Airport.

I was looking for a hotel that was near the airport to overnight between flights but wasn't overly expensive and this one fit the bill. It's not luxurious and the neighborhood appears a bit sketchy (I didn't really go out as it was a very short stay). The hotel management is quite adamant about not allowing guests in rooms so be forewarned about that.

There was a lot of confusion between hotel staff and the driver for the hotel pick up, but in the end the driver did find me. Also, the front desk demanded payment upon entering the hotel so I was forced to use all my cash to pay my bill, which limited my ability to go out for dinner. I would have preferred to pay when I departed so I could use the balance of my cash but they would not allow that.

Staff were polite and helpful. The room was decently clean. The hotel is in a small street away from the noise. It is 15 minutes driving from the airport. It is not a new hotel on Booking.com, and with a lot of good reviews and my experience has confirmed my expectations.

Just a mistake from them. The sandals provided by the hotel for my washroom have been previously used outside because there was dirt on them.

The hotel and room were very nice. We booked a small room and in fact it wasn't small at all! (Unless we got an upgrade ;)) The room was really great and clean, hot water in the bathroom, staff were nice and helpful. 24 hrs food delivery (tasty food and masala tea!).

If you want to get to sleep early before an early flight, you might want to ask for a room on higher floors, as on the 1st floor where we were, you hear everything that's going on in the reception/ dining area, which may be too loud.
