Great staff! We were given a SIM card, exchanged currency, provided a free taxi from the airport and helped with a taxi to the airport after check out, helped with problems. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. The condition of the room is good.

The condition of the bathroom, the view from the window and the noise from the street. Everything else was great

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room service and food were very good. Ways to City center, to Old Delhi and the like are relatively short. The neighborhood to me felt very authentic and less Western-influenced.

Unfortunately due to another building being very close the window was almost entirely taped black and the room had almost no daylight coming in.

I was pleased with the courteousness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms were basic but very well maintained and most importantly clean, the location of the hotel is very accessible and close to the Karol bagh market and metro station....

Why they did not accept credit card. I had to pay cash unwillingly. Any ordinary hotel accepts card now a days. I had to unnecessarily make arguments with staff as they were not allowing us to occupy room inspite of their written confirmation that room has been allotted for 3 adults. The entire confusion started as booking com site confirmed the triple sharing room for Rs 2795/- but confirmation was only done for 2 persons.

Everything was very good, the staff, the location, and the cleanliness. We ordered tea and aaloo parathas for breakfast in the morning, they were also very tasty. We had no problems, very peaceful and nice spent our time in this hotel.

Bas room & washroom doors and Mirror light need some repairs.

Hotel Dakha International offers great value for money. The room was simple but comfortable, and the staff were helpful.
