We were a family of 7 and had booked 3 rooms. This is a budget hotel. However quite decent with amenities such as kettle if you ask them. Breakfast options although not many was tasty. Dinner was also very good. The location was very good. Just in 10 minutes walking distance is Karol Bagh shopping area.

There is a narrow lane for the hotel, loading and unloading the luggage can be a hassle if there are many bags. The hotel and the rooms does look faded. Bit of renovations etc is required for a fresh look. the towels can be cleaner.

The rooms and linen were clean. Essential toiletries such as soap, shampoo and towels were provided. The room service was excellent. The breakfast at the property was North Indian menu and of a good quality. There is hot water supply, but prior information has to be given at the reception 10 minutes before the need for hot water. The staff were courteous and attended to the needs promptly. Location is great with the metro station within 5 minutes walk and 4 kms from Connaught Place

I stayed here for 2 nights , room is neat and clean ,ac was working properly in excellent condition staff was very polite, but room was compact small in size, lift buttons were not working properly. Sometimes they hanged. In the end hotel is good and at good location, food was good .

Food is ultimate in terms of price, quality, quantity, hygiene, taste. Staff is very polite and cooperative Quick response Reachable location Peacefully environment Safe and secure Good speed of wifi

Two things I miss 1. Towels 2. Slippers

Less water in taps,toiletries like tooth brush and paste are not available, hot water kettle with tea and coffee bags were not available ,staff in morning breakfast buffet were short of supplies.

Good for solo travellers. Only a short walk to Karol Bagh metro station which is only four stops from Connaught Place. Less than ten minutes walk to the shops and restaurants of Karol Bagh centre.

The location of the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was okay. There were not a lot of options in the breakfast menu but everything tested okay. The staff was friendly and took care of all of our needs

Hotel have good facilities, but staffs needs to be more engaging to make customers stay exceptional.. Need to give importance to cleanness in room.

The location is a few metres away from highway but not loud so easily accessible. Found couple of staff very efficient and polite. Room is spacious, mutton/Rogan josh is very nice. Easy to sneak into Karol bagh market. Sheets are clean. Decent but considering the price that its almost higher than any other hotel, it needs many improvements as well.

Suggestions 1.Staff can be more chatty,responsive & more welcoming to guest.(Leave any bad mood at home if that was the case :) ) 2.Adding fruits at breakfast would attract more people 3.The reception desk/entry hall could use some dim light and flowers.Its too natural. The hanging chandelier is very dirty now :) could use some cleaning. 4.Please try to provide both soap&gel that's not easily found on regular market.( Many other hotels do this) :)

Nice stay staff is friendly
