Friendly staff, super comfortable beds, quiet hotel, free snacks in lobby minibar, super restaurant next door for breakfast. Good price for Delhi.

Not really dislikes, just small niggles. 1. King room on the small side for the Price 2. If you don’t have wifi, you can’t scan the QR code to get onto the App in order to log into wifi! 3. Despite confirming check in times via booking dot com AND booking a car to pick us up at 1am via the hotel, we still got a message on the day of travel to confirm our check in time or the room would be released. I think perhaps more human interaction on this side and less tech would deliver superior customer service.

Being a solo traveller, I felt safe staying at this place. The location of the place was very convenient to the Karol Bagh Market. I specifically chose this accommodation for shopping reasons at the market as I was wanted to be close to the shops. I requested for a late check-out, and the staff were very accommodating with my request. The accommodation was very clean. It was great that there was filtered water on all floors.

Nothing I didn't like, but just be mindful when getting to the markets you will have to go through side streets to get onto the main street of the market. As I was solo, I only went out during the day and made sure I only went down side streets that were wide and had people (and didn't look isolated) walking down it.

The hotel was situated in a good location, close to metro station, in a busy area of Delhi close to the commercial areas of Karol Bagh. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served in a restaurant with a separate entrance and was good quality, Indian veg food with multiple choices

humidity in the room was high. uber can't be hailed in front of the hotel, but at a set point on the main street, 2 min away.

Quick and simple check in process. Room was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. Hot water and complimentary mini bar with bottled water, coffee, tea etc. Room was a decent size (Twin bed). Complimentary breakfast was nice with Indian and western options (toast, cereals etc). Close to the Metro station. I would stay at Bloom Hotel again.

Only 30 minutes from the airport but located on a very busy street with lots of traffic. Understandably the hotel can’t help where it’s situated, however in future I would probably stay in a different / less dense area.

Great attentive and caring staff, very clean, comfortable beds even better than five star hotel, any issues can be sorted out immediately. Breakfast spread was good but not great. I believe restaurant is not the part of the hotel as you havecto go out next door for breakfast. Location was great, very central.

What I didn't like was the travel desk to book cab and sightseeing. The most irresponsible people. Thet let us down more than once. We booked taxi to go to train station at 4 45 am but it never arrived despite the hotel staff called the main guy from travel desk left us panicking as we had to catch trsin from New delhi railway station and reception staff do not have any other contacts. We were extremely lucky to see one taxi outside and the driver only agreed to take us to station for three times fare. It was the worst part of our stay which hotel management must consider to take appropriate action to avoid dissapointment which could affect hotel star ratings

The breakfast is served in the restaurant next door and it was excellent, and so was all other food. There is a buffet with Indian breakfast and you can also get delicious freshly made dosas. The staff are nice and friendly. The room was big and clean, and so was the bathroom.

There is background music played in the corridors from morning till 10 p.m. and it is a bit too loud if you want to take a rest in your room.

The hotel is basic but very clean, safe and comfortable. The location is convenient for access to the Metro, and the market, but its quite a hectic area, walking is not easy as there are basically no sidewalks

The breakfast options in the restaurant next door appear to cater mostly to Indian visitors. Quite limited options for westerners. I could not get hot water, just tepid, in the shower the days I stayed there. Not sure if it was a fluke or not

Absolutely loved the hotel staff and the hotel. They’re very helpful and polite. The hotel was very very clean I must say ! It’s definitely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve even been to India. My room was a Deluxe Premier. It was pretty spacious and the shower room was really clean. There was hot water and the pressure was excellent. Long story short the facilities provided by the hotel was top notch and I highly recommend this hotel as it’s just a 2 minutes walking distance to the Karol Bagh market and the metro.

The breakfast was not too bad. The thing is the breakfast is at next door pure vegetarian restaurant hence there were not many options. For instance i could not get chole bhature for breakfast and got to wait till noon.

The location is great as it is fairly central and close to shopping and good restaurants in Karol Bagh. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and very functional. Appreciated the refreshment counter in reception with water, drinks and snacks.

There was some noise by people in the corridors for short periods in the early mornings. Otherwise it is very quiet and peaceful.

Good location, kind staff. Generally clean. Good for 1 or 2 night’s stays.

Breakfast was at the next door restaurant and it was ok, but they should also include some non-Indian options in the menu. We’re not used to having such heavy meals for breakfast so ended up eating toast with Nutella only. Simple omlette or porridge would make a big difference!
