The managers and their responsive team worked very seamlessly to make the sure our staying was a pleasant one. They helped us very effectively to bookings of train trips and hotel stay (as well as our transportation to the train station) to Agra where we enjoyed visiting Taj Mahal and its surroundings. The hotel is centrally located next the metro station and close to vibrant shopping scenes (high ends and street vendors alike). We liked our stay and the staff here so much that we came back to the hotel for our remaining time in Delhi after Agra. In addition, the breakfasts were fulfilling and good.

The staff is wonderful, every one of them right from the doorman to the guys at the reception. Located right at the center of a very busy market. If you are a peace and quite kind of a person it is not for you but I love the bustle of the city and I loved it. Any small deficiencies in the room are made up by the amazing staff. Walking distance to Delhi Metro..

My both the Vodafone and Jio mobile phone SIMs are not working inside the room effectively, so I need to go out and talk clearly or I need to depend on the WiFi which is not helpful all the time. Varying download speed or slow.

Very local in town/ main bazaars location in walking distance. All the staff R excellent, clean atmosphere & rooms cleaned & linens sorted with towels, tea coffee , water jugs etc & helped as necessary .lift to other floors.In food breakfast or ordered food is excellent as to requirements, warm as necessary & freshly made. Recommended.

The location is excellent. You only need to step out and the big market is there. The metro is 5 mins walk away. There are plenty of good restaurants round including MacDonalds and Burger King. Prior to my travel the owner Rakesh was very helpful in keeping me updated with my taxi booking and even though he was out of the area on the day I arrived he wanted to ensure that I got into the cab and reached the hotel safely. The staff were exceptional from reception to the kitchen staff and the cleaners. I like to thank Dinesh who was very helpful at all times in helping to make any taxi bookings or just in general. Always greeted you with smile on his face. Big thankyou to the two cleaners Chhotu and sorry forgot the others name. Both were again very helpful and if there was any help you needed in the room, they were always at hand to help.

The only down side I say was that if room upstairs had the AC on you would hear it in your room. But saying that you always exect some level of noise in India.

I loved its location for shipping purpose and metro station is not very far, you can cover distance by walking. Rooms and facilities are just phenomenal Food is tasty and have a homely touch which is good thing Laundary service is here which is something that u personally find so relaxing to know at the hotel and charges are more than reasonable. Staff is super friendly, and just made our stay more pleasant. A must stay if 3000+ price is not a big issue for you but after staying you will realise that its value for money price.

Room service are phenomenal but it sometimes took approximately an hour.. while its a big turn off food taste room decor and comfortness will make you forget about it. Price while its reasonable can be more than what most of the people budget will allow.. i hoped there was a room which was more economic friendly.

Very happy, friendly staff. They helped us arrange cars, activate my sim card, and were overall very pleasant to interact with. The breakfast was also well-priced and good.

Karol Bagh is a somewhat rough area (but in comparison to other parts of Delhi, it's fine). Towels were clean but maybe deteriorated in quality. Some broken spots in the room that don't. Sound in the hallways carries far; can be sometimes loud during the day.

The room was large, quiet and comfortable. The location is just near a street market and a metro station and a tuk tuk ride to Connaught Place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Taxis were reliably arranged for airport transfers, they lent me a charger plug and were always on hand.

The hotel staff is very helpfull and ready to help you in all you needs. The postion is very central and few step from metro station too.. Good quality/cost.

When crowed the market someone tried to stolen my money from my bag but i use bag closed with number combination, Be carefully.

The room was big, spacious, warm and comfortable with all needed facilies. Good.location with plenty of shopping centres. Sir gangaram hospital at a walking distance. So if you are visiting delhi for medical consult at Ganagaram hospital, this hotel would be a great choice. Of course you can plan other leisure activities too and hotel staff are more than ready to help you.
