We liked everything actually. :) We had a initial glitch with the bathroom sewage. The staff members promptly changed our room, and after that, everything went smoothly. A special thanks to Ashish Sir, Sonia Madam and the support staff. I am sorry I know Mr. Santosh's name only, but others were also superb. The in-house restaurant was delicious. They prepared many customized dishes as per our request. The transport system - cabs for airport drop - was also good and affordable. The property is very near to Karol Bagh metro station which is a plus. From the room window itself, we were able to see the bustling Karol Bagh Market. :) Keep up the good work. :)

Staffs were helpful, rooms are good and comfortable morning buffet could improve more but food was good.

Staff was very good and supportive. They gave early access in our booked room. If any issue then they solved immediately. Near to Karol Bagh Market & Karol Bagh metro station.

Thali was very expensive they need to increase & add quantity in thali instead of other otherwise good. Bath tub room not allocated as was shown in booked room.

The receptionist from Darjeeling was very helpful and friendly.

Location wasn’t ideal, difficult to find and poor parking facilities.

We enjoyed the stay very much.Accomodation, service, food and the behaviour of the staffs were very nice. The only thing to complain is that the hotel is located in a bit congested area. Otherwise everything else is absolutely fantastic.

Actually I booked a Oak room,I requested them to upgrade my on chargeable basis but they upgrade my free of cost which is nice for me and I really appreciate it, specially front office staff Mr Narayan and dilip and other Mr sujeet, Santosh,Shankar and Sachin they are so kind always ready to help you 🙏 anyway I will definitely visit again , I wish you will keep it same enagry and services to others guest for longer. Thank you

Overall a nice hotel to stay Location was nice, very close to Karol bagh metro. Staff were polite and courteous Narayan at the reception was very helpful Breakfast was beyond what I would have expected

The size of the room was a bit of a dissapointment. However looking at the overall stay I would still prefer it. And yes the towel that was provided seemed used.
