We spent here some days alone and after with a group.. Clean rooms, good beds and the kitchen staff was very nice & supportive! Rooms were all looking to the park nearby. Its close to the metro which was very convenient for us.

The airport pick up for some group members was not working.. At the end they took a prepaid taxi. It was ok as they knew what to do but i can imagine other people could have been lost if this had happened to them

AC and Fan were both working well, the size of the room was great as well as the view towards the little park, the fact that there was a little fridge I could put my drinks in over night, too. The staff helped me organise a taxi to the airport for a very good price (compared to the taxi I took from the airport to another hotel at the beginning of my stay in Delhi).

There were times where it was a bit loud at night not only because of dogs barking outside, but also people talking very loudly in the hotel - I could not figure out if it was other guests or personell, but after midnight.. not ideal. I put on an audiobook in order to be able to fall asleep.

Overall the experience was quite good. The room was spacious for the price and location was very close to the metro station. The hotel staff was quite polite and even kept our luggage for some hours after check-out. Check-in after midnight was possible. Really enjoyed their breakfast selection.

The rooms were mostly clean but the washrooms could be better maintained.

Good location not too far from temple. Everything is close by. Staff sre very helpful the road was block with the help of staff we used another alternative way. Breakfast was good

Super deluxe rooms with large windows facing the garden are soothing. Restaurant on ground floor is small but serves good veg, non-veg selected food. Karol Baugh shopping street is just 50 m away and Karol Bagh metro station 200 m from this hotel.

We did not like the glass door for attached bathrooms. I suggested them to make toilet doors vision and soundproof. No one likes to see or hear room partner use the bathroom.

The room was spacious and very clean. It also had a nice view at a beautiful park. Breakfast was very nice. The aircondition and fan were working very well. Generally it is a clean and safe place to stay very near Karol Bagh metro station and bazaar.

When we first contacted the reception they said they received a message from us that we will arrive the next day, so one day after the reservation. We were negatively surprised and asked them to show us the message. They could not show something as it didn t exist, they went on with our check in but did not try to apologize for the inconvenience caused. Generally, the staff was not polite and did not try to help in any way.

Location is good to get around, many travel agency start location likes Agra is near also metro station is walkable distance,

Room was smelling of cigarettes The locality around gets very dirty especially early morning Breakfast is not great and some of staff hospitality needs improvement - front office, restaurant

Property was very nice and sober The room had all the amenities and the cleanliness wa awesome Staff was very prompt and the food was delicious I would recommend others to stay in this property as it is a good property in all aspects and provides a good value for money especially when compared to other properties in the vicinity

Except for the TV remote which was not up to the mark, rest everything was well taken care of

Sopan heights is a family-led hotel in the perfect location of Karol Bagh. While the area is busy and you will find plenty of shops and restaurants around, it is located in a quiet side street with a lovely garden view and large windows (which is seldom in Delhi). The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished and one should not forget to mention the rooftop garden, The restaurant offers a wide range of tasty Indian food that will also be delivered to your room all day and night. Specifically as lady travelling alone, I felt really comfortable there and the personnel was service-oriented and supportive. Being in Delhi, Sopan Heights will always be my first choice- specifically for long term stays.
