We spent here some days alone and after with a group.. Clean rooms, good beds and the kitchen staff was very nice & supportive! Rooms were all looking to the park nearby. Its close to the metro which was very convenient for us.

The airport pick up for some group members was not working.. At the end they took a prepaid taxi. It was ok as they knew what to do but i can imagine other people could have been lost if this had happened to them

AC and Fan were both working well, the size of the room was great as well as the view towards the little park, the fact that there was a little fridge I could put my drinks in over night, too. The staff helped me organise a taxi to the airport for a very good price (compared to the taxi I took from the airport to another hotel at the beginning of my stay in Delhi).

There were times where it was a bit loud at night not only because of dogs barking outside, but also people talking very loudly in the hotel - I could not figure out if it was other guests or personell, but after midnight.. not ideal. I put on an audiobook in order to be able to fall asleep.

Overall the experience was quite good. The room was spacious for the price and location was very close to the metro station. The hotel staff was quite polite and even kept our luggage for some hours after check-out. Check-in after midnight was possible. Really enjoyed their breakfast selection.

The rooms were mostly clean but the washrooms could be better maintained.

Good location not too far from temple. Everything is close by. Staff sre very helpful the road was block with the help of staff we used another alternative way. Breakfast was good

The location was perfect. The staff was attentive and very quick to accomodate requests such as early check-in or the room heater. The breakfast was Indian and delicious. Cleanliness was alright. Better than in other Delhi hotels we stayed in before.

Room was smelling of cigarettes The locality around gets very dirty especially early morning Breakfast is not great and some of staff hospitality needs improvement - front office, restaurant

Super deluxe rooms with large windows facing the garden are soothing. Restaurant on ground floor is small but serves good veg, non-veg selected food. Karol Baugh shopping street is just 50 m away and Karol Bagh metro station 200 m from this hotel.

We did not like the glass door for attached bathrooms. I suggested them to make toilet doors vision and soundproof. No one likes to see or hear room partner use the bathroom.

Property was very nice and sober The room had all the amenities and the cleanliness wa awesome Staff was very prompt and the food was delicious I would recommend others to stay in this property as it is a good property in all aspects and provides a good value for money especially when compared to other properties in the vicinity

Except for the TV remote which was not up to the mark, rest everything was well taken care of

Kind and very helpful staff, early check-in without extra charge, view on the green trees, big window, fantastic location close to metro station and shops but in a quiet street, towels and bed linens changed daily.

It could be cleaner and some elements renovated especially in the bathroom.
