Stayed at Hotel Delhi Pride and had a great experience. The hotel offers ample parking, which is a big plus in Delhi. Rooms were clean, the food was good, and the overall environment felt safe. The staff was polite and helpful throughout. A reliable and budget-friendly option in a central location.

Liked everything, A must visit.

The hotel is as shown in the images, we had some issues with check-in and not having the room ready but in saying so, the Manager, Suraj, made sure that we were moved to a another close-by hotel for the night and upgraded our rooms. The staff were the highlight of this hotel.

The manager was great and the staffs were helpful. The manager even offered us an upgrade on arrival. We had requested for early check-in and he arranged that without a question. The hotel management was very supportive when i couldn't check out on time due to some unavoidable circumstance and the late check was not fined.

During the check out there was some confusion with the payment. I had already paid the person in the reception, and cleared my account but when i finally checked out there was a different man in the reception. He was very professional and friendly and did not waste much of my time but he had a few questions about the payment. I was already late for my flight so i was in a terrible hurry. I hope the staffs communicate among themselves more smoothly so that customers don't have to face even this little trouble.

We booked budget room but upon requesting they upgraded to delux room and we ended up staying for three days. Room was clean, Bathroom had 24hrs running water. I stayed during summer time in 46°C summer, AC was must and it didn't disappoint. Room service is just one ring away and they generally respond to the all the calls in 1st ring. Sumit at reception was very helpful and welcoming knows how to interact with customer and provide best hospitality. He was helpful person to provide best experience in Delhi. Location is in middle of Karol bagh, lots of shopping options and for food you can find plenty of options. One of the best budget hotels in that area. They also have lift if any elderly person wants to stay and can't clime stairs like other hotels

After entering in hotel you can feel when it was built it must be best hotel in that area with minimum 4 Star hotel. Lack of management and increasing demand of budget hotels its not 4start but still worth for the price they are providing.

it was a great stay… I travel delhi often and stay in this hotel. The staff is too good The only thing I would suggest is they should keep electric kettle and tea in room and the toiletries

The host at the reception , Suraj was very cooperative. Hotel room was clean and comfy with enough space. We were scared with the Oyo reviews of other hotels but this hotel saved us. Thank you delhi pride and thank you bookings.com .

It was very good, the service was personalised and prompt. Overall really a good value for money and the rate was reasonable too.

Space in the room, the window blinds, TV channel availability and hot water for bath (It was not hot but lukewarm)
