We booked the hotel at short notice because we had already booked another hotel, which absolutely did not match the pictures/reviews here on Booking.com. Since we asked the hotel directly about the price, we wanted to see if it would be cheaper than booking directly through Booking.com. That wasn't the case. Therefore, we recommend booking directly through Booking.com. About the hotel: Both the amenities and the ambiance are truly top-notch. We were absolutely satisfied with the value for money. The breakfast buffet isn't anything earth-shattering, but it was absolutely adequate. The rooms were clean, and the amenities in the rooms were very good. Given that this property is a budget friendly option, I was very impressed by the staff, the facilities, the restaurant, overall maintenance, and cleanliness. Good location in Gurugram. Would not hesitate to book again.

The staff was very nice and polite. It was something more than nice. They were very helpful. I need to tell two names. First one is Anil Shukla. He is a perfect person for the hospitality industry and made the hotel like our home. I don't have words to express my thanks to him. Let God bless him. The second person is Sajith who took care of our food and other matters. I have the same opinion like Anil for him too. The staff made our stay memorable.

Rooms could have been a little better. Nonetheless no complaints. We were four in our family and we all were in one room and enjoyed the same.

Safe environment, Good service, the rooms were clean. Also the food provided was delicious and on time. I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service. The room was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and had a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay.

Remembered reaching at Hotel Keshav Residency on 9th May 2024 early morning and Mr. Ravinder was there to assist. He has been helpful and kind during my stay. During my stay, i got the opportunity to meet the owner of the hotel. He is someone so humble and down to earth. He welcomed me in his office and had the opportunity to chit chats. The staffs there are well mannered and respectful. Last but not the least, Mr. Shukla whom i have considered as a brother to me, he has been very helpful to me and respectful. He is someone who definitely deserves to be in the hospitality industry. Every day at evenings especially, we had the chance to exchange our different ideologies and he has enhanced my knowledge about India. During my check out time, he bid adieu by serving me Ras Malai which was very tasty made by the Main Chef there only.(Apologies, don't know his name) Lastly, Bhargav, the Night Manager! He is someone devoted to his work and i wish him all the best for him future endeavors. Special regards to Kajal , Suman Ji, Prem Ji and big shoutout to the housekeeping staff and Chef. I kept it short and sweet. Or else I'm sure Shukla Ji and Ravinder Ji knows that how wonderful my stay was. I will be back soon. May God bless you all with Peace, Tranquility and Good Will.

Very active staff, Pretty Decent breakfast if not exceptional, Enough for short stay for 2-3 days

Children playing noise and people talking outside-get disturbance in room. They need to increase insulation of walls and Doors.

Clean, modern, good food at the restaurant, good relation between cost and product and fine location, both for the airport access and for sight-reading (since the yellow metro line is directly across the avenue). It is a direct 50'-60 minutes ride into Connaught Place, for instance.

Great experience. Staff was very kind during the stay, always asking if they have more to provide. Especially a guy named Chandan Gupta was helping me a lot when I had some issues. Reasonable price and pleasant stay, strongly recommend.

In terms of hygiene, it have some points to improve, but it wasn't that disturbing.

The staff is amazing, professional, helpful and friendly. Especially Shulak is one of the kindest person I met in Gurgaon. Hotel is definitely one of the best hotels in Gurgaon and I tested a few of them. Room is clean and also everything else is very good. It's difficult to find a good hotel here around but no mistake with Keshav Residency. You really can see that the owner cares about his property. I couldn't see this at any other so far.
