Location, cleanliness of rooms , very efficient front desk and housekeeping staff the room size is good and so are the amenities like wifi , refrigerator and microwave

In house restaurant fails on taste and following orders also the breakfast needs a lot of improvement in terms of variety and items served and more importantly the taste of the food served the price points are good it's just that food isn't If the management fixes the food served on the premises it's an ideal place for a business traveller It's shocking that the restaurant has no papad and pickle for kichdi and also no condiments served for fried rice besides ketchup the issue with food was prominent cause I stayed here for 10 days so just ordering from out all the time adds extra trouble u need to go through

Nice clean room , helpful staff. nice washroom . good Wifi connection is good so you can work without worry. Overall good place to stay .

the location was little away from medanta and nearby roads are dirty. i would rate location as 7/10. I had a hard time finding out location and had to pay uber driver double the amount considering i had 2 luggage bags . Property address on booking.com was mentioned diffrent ( 431 sectotr 39 , which look me to a location 1.5 kms away ) than the real address. I notified about the wrong location of booking.com to the staff.

Everything was up to the mark.. maybe because it is a new/revamped property. Though shared, I loved the balcony. There were separate bottles for handwash, moisturizer, shampoo and conditioner. They even provided a mini fridge, coffee/tea maker, cupboard, etc. Amenities were top notch in quality and the place was neat and clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the staff was extremely accommodating. No weird stares and everyone was professional. Security was also good. Breakfast was included in our stay. There are other hotels at the same price, which do not even offer the basic amenities, let alone breakfast.

The balcony door didn't lock and the key was also stuck. That was probably the only minor hindrance but not a deal breaker

My stay at Wandr Hotel was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff were welcoming and professional, making check-in quick and hassle-free. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. While the breakfast options were a bit limited, the overall service and comfort made up for it. I would definitely recommend Wandr Hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.

This is my second stay with Wandr. The facilities they offer under a usual price range are commendable. They take care of the basic amenities like moisturizer, conditioner, cleanliness and a cute little kitchen, cupboard, and decent space in the room. You see people of all age groups, families, not just the couples. It is a nice family/couple friendly stay and perfect for travellers like myself.

Nothing as such. Just that all their rooms do not have a balcony, so they might either ask you to upgrade or give you a free upgrade in case the room with balcony is available

For the price paid, it's an excellent accommodation. Very new, everything works fine and is spick and span. A good location if you're a medical tourist and visiting medicity or the nearby clinics, else it's really far away from the centre. They also provide a decent breakfast in the price. The staffs esp. Robin at the front desk was very polite and helpful, the kitchen staff were also good.

Whilst the room was very clean, the beds weren't as clean. I don't think the sheets and the duvet covers were changed as there were hair and the cover also had stains of blood. So a thorough cleaning would have been nice. It seemed like the room would not be completely dar, there were still lights passing from the glass doors and lots of noise from other room and corridor. It's a bit far from everything and everywhere else.

Stay was comfortable rooms are well maintained. The only problem was the lady receptionist, She was very rude and disrespectful. At the time of checkout she asked me where is the mug that was on the table, like we are here to steal your mugs?? Booked 3 rooms and stole 1 mug? Very bad behaviour by that lady. Treated us like we are here only to steal things. She should be fired Right away. All the male staff were very polite and helpful.

Good stay good people Except the female reception in the morning shift and dark complexion. She was very rude and misbehaving.

What started a one night stop before the next part of journey turned into a three night extension because of how good this hotel was. It was nice to relax after a long stretch of travelling. The hotel had everything we wanted - clean rooms, good WiFi, free-to-use washing machine, tasty breakfast, and prompt service. Mr. Ashutosh at the reception made sure we were comfortable and tended to all our requests. I'll definitely stay at this property again if I'm ever in Gurgaon.

Hotel location was very good and could reach Airport in 30 minutes and very close to Medanta hospital. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. Property is renovated and operated by a new brand and staffs were very professional, helpful and available at all times. Security staff and reception staff are available 24 x 7 and allow early and late check-ins which is much required during business trips!

Location was good but the area is now just start developing. So lot of dust and very bad dusty broken road. There are no restaurant basucally. They provided buffet breakfast with limited option but not everyday.

Restsurant is required immediately b coz there are no restaurant or food zone nearby.
