Good location and clean room

The room was given to us Road side , this was very noisy

This was our first accommodation in India, it has a good central location, all employees were very kind and helpful, we also exchanged money there for a good exchange rate. The cleanliness was average based on Indian standards. They allowed us to leave there our luggage for free after check-out, which helped us a lot.

It is not related to this particular hotel but some scammers tried to tell us that all hotels in Paharganj are closed and that we need to go somewhere else. It was really mean, so be careful and double-check with your hotel directly (do not trust scammers to call your hotel, they call their friend instead). And regarding the room itself, the shower was in a bad condition with the clogged shower head. Also, please note that the overall rating is reflecting local standards.

The facility was just average, but we had access to hot water and the staff was really good. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try the food.

The hotel is situated in a bustling area, which unfortunately results in excessive noise from vehicles and horns during the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. However, overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant. We were disappointed that they charged us 1000Rs for an early check-in, which we found unacceptable.

Firstly our flight arrive some 90 mins late at 4.30 am instead of 3.00am our Airport transfer was still eagerly awaiting us. It’s also important to state that transfer is free if staying more than 3 days. Check-in was a breeze and took only 4 mins. Thought breakfast wasn’t included in the room price, there was a menu with a wide choice at an affordable price. There was also the possibility of having lunch, dinner or even snacks with the option of room service at no extra cost. Three was a tour desk but we did not use. Our requests were always promptly attended to, be it fixing our TV, cleaning our room, replacing towels, toilet rolls, supplying bottles of water to even organising tuk- tuk transportation.

Street amazing busy and nonstop hooting from outside vehicles. Wi-Fi a bit hit and miss at times and the few wall sockets available were not all working.

Good location, close to the railway station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel let us keep the luggage earlier before check-in and later after check-out. Room was spacious and confortable.

The main thing me and my partner didn't like was the fact there was no window in the room, but then we found out that if the rooms are on the street side no one can sleep, which makes sense due to Paharganj being a very busy district on day and night time.

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building in hotel krishna deluxe and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Stepping through the lobby. I was immediately struck by the beautiful reception area and LOBBY light airly and very specious .. very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel was very professional,friendly and extremly helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us.. I enjoyed at this hotel. You all went above and beyond to ensure I was. Comfortable and we'll cared for throughout my time with you. Thank you, keep up the good work......

I like everything about this hotel

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us..And lastly i would like to give special thanks to Sunny (Manager)i am grateful to you and your team for the extraordinary service I enjoyed at your hotel. You all went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well cared for throughout my time with you. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

Love everything about this hotel…

It was a very nice place. Loved the room size. A little bit of noise but it is Delhi. The staff and the management were good. The manager S. Kumar was a good help! Overall, the place was good and was happy to select it.

Nothing serious about particularly in this place. Maybe an improvement on the breakfast which is included. The staff could not understand properly and brought it the wrong way. A little better communication would be helpful. But still good! Oh..forgot, the TV wasn't working and the remote didn't have a battery. Please check everything.

Location was very near New Delhi railway station, it was clean, room was spacious

There were reconstruction works litterally next to our room so quite loud every morning. None of our international credit cards were accepted for payment so make sure to have some cash as plan B
