The rooms were average but the cleanliness was excellent. The staff behavior is nice and polite. You can't expect anything extraordinary in star hotels for less than Rs 2000. So everything was perfect in this budget. Airport shuttle service should be on time. Because in such cold, guests cannot wait for more than 10 to 15 minutes at the arrival gate. So please take some steps to be punctual.

We stayed here for 1 night in a triple bed room. Room was neat and clean. Food was also good. Sleep quality is good. Room had enough charging points for 2-3 mobiles to be charged. Room had a big TV, table, 2 chairs

The only issue I faced was with power backup. Initially they would wait for power to come back instead of switching on the power backup in case of power failure.

A pleasant stay Great location - good transport connections, and easy access to anywhere. Friendly staff and clean nice room. The room was a bit smaller than we expected based on the photos. The walls were somewhat thin, and the toilet flush didn’t work properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great location & - food options can be better Excellent location, good infra and helpful staff Staff can be a bit more polished. Also almost no vegan food options or options for those who are lactose intolerant. Most items in the in room dining menu were having cream, cheese or paneer.

Nice access, very pleasant welcome at the reception, they checked by booking details, in few minutes the reception team completed the process, the hotel took us to the allotted room. TV & AC was switched on by hotel staff.

An extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Nysha palace All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet style breakfast was excellent as was the dinner in the Coral Restaurant. Our room and the extra large bed were extremely comfortable.

Nearby airport Location is good, nearby the airport and in area where are restaurants and bars. Good value for money and short stay. Rooms could be cleaner and they didn't have shampoo or soap, they give it after requesting it.
