1. The receptionist was amazing, good in English and professional. 2. The staff was very kind and helpful. 3. The rooms were clean, comfortable, TV, kettle and everything worked perfectly in the room. 4. Hot water was amazing not like other hotels. 5. Location closed to airport. 6.The restaurant is 24/7 opened inside the hotel. 7. All shops you need are close by .

Hotel is located in the quiet street, We have some nearby and this is a perfect place for us to work on laptop siting in the room, a strong wifi connection we got. We need peaceful area where we can get a comfortable stay and at this hotel we got everything that we want.

Overall stay was good. Nothing premium in my price range. I paid 4500 for 3 nights and I booked it for 2 adults. You can choose this stay. Its nothing fishy, staffs were okay. Room service was also fine.

This was the best transit experience at Delhi - Generally Delhi is scaring and you have all chances of being cheated. But this time - I called the Hotel for Pick up before arriving and they confirmed. Car was at Airport to pick up. Only issue the Driver did not have my number. The Hotel immediately helped by giving me his number. Check in was quick and rooms were allotted fast. Rooms were decent and with all amenities required for overnight stay. Food ordered was delivered promptly. Lobby was quiet and we could sleep well. Wake up call did come from Reception and in addition there was automated call too. Check out was fast and airport drop was arranged. Overall great place and great service..

I am so happy for lots of care and provide excellent service ...excellent job keep it up..The location of the hotel is in a very safe and friendly neighbourhood with market surrounding the area that visitors can easily access. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted with warm hospitality and swift services. The room we had chosen was big and comfortable. Everything was easily used and accessed. The bathroom was comfortable and the beds were nice to sleep in. Your place and your members are awesome! Cant wait to be back here again soon!

Location is inside the street but overall it was good as easy access to the hotel, reception guy assisted us how to be there easily so better to call at the reception number to avoid finding the way. Its quite good property in terms of its rooms and best service by all staff who deployed there.
